<p>This is a full-time, on-site role based in AJMAN for a Master Cutter, Pattern Maker.creating accurate patterns for a variety of garment types. The Master Cutter, Pattern Maker will cut fabric based on finalized patterns, supervise or coordinate with tailors, and ensure proper fit through test garments and adjustments. Daily tasks include checking fabric quality, planning layouts to minimize waste, and maintaining pattern libraries and documentation. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of blown film extrusion processes, machine setup and operation, process parameter control, quality inspection, troubleshooting, material handling, production reporting, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Education &amp; Training Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical training in plastic manufacturing, along with advanced training in blown film extrusion, machine maintenance, quality control, process optimization, and workplace safety procedure</p><p></p></section>
