Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>The <strong>Project Director</strong> is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic management, and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from commencement through construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and project close-out. The role provides executive oversight of all technical, commercial, contractual, operational, financial, and stakeholder management activities, ensuring that project objectives are achieved in accordance with contractual obligations, client expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.</p><br><p>The Project Director leads multidisciplinary project teams and acts as the primary executive representative of the Consultant, maintaining effective communication with the Client, government authorities, utility providers, contractors, and senior management while ensuring successful project delivery within the approved programme, budget, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements.</p><br><p>Key Job Duties</p><br><p>1. Project Leadership & Delivery</p><br><ul><li>Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, approved programmes, quality standards, and client expectations.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary project teams throughout all project phases from mobilization to final handover.</li><li>Establish project objectives, priorities, governance, and performance targets.</li></ul><p>2. Client & Stakeholder Management</p><br><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client, Developers, Government Authorities, Utility Providers, and other key stakeholders.</li><li>Lead executive-level meetings, progress reviews, and strategic workshops.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely resolution of project issues.</li><li>Manage authority coordination, approvals, permits, and major stakeholder interfaces.</li></ul><p>3. Commercial & Contract Management</p><br><ul><li>Provide executive oversight of contract administration in accordance with FIDIC and project contractual requirements.</li><li>Review variations, claims, extensions of time, commercial risks, and contractual correspondence.</li><li>Monitor project financial performance, resource utilization, and commercial objectives.</li><li>Support business development opportunities and client satisfaction initiatives.</li></ul><p>4. Technical & Operational Oversight</p><br><ul><li>Oversee engineering design coordination, construction supervision, testing & commissioning, and handover activities.</li><li>Ensure effective integration of all engineering disciplines, including roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, electrical, telecom, irrigation, landscape, and transportation infrastructure.</li><li>Monitor technical compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and international standards.</li></ul><p>5. Risk, Quality & HSE Management</p><br><ul><li>Establish project governance frameworks for quality, safety, and risk management.</li><li>Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plans, HSE Management Systems, and Risk Registers.</li><li>Review major project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the project.</li></ul><p>6. Resource & Team Leadership</p><br><ul><li>Lead and mentor Resident Engineers, Senior Resident Engineers, discipline engineers, commercial staff, and project support teams.</li><li>Optimize project resources and organizational structure to achieve project objectives.</li><li>Monitor staff performance, succession planning, and professional development.</li></ul><p>7. 4. Employee Relations, Employment Law and Management Advisory

5. HR Administration, Payroll and Benefits

<p>Oversee employee data accuracy and contribute to monthly payroll preparation and review, including variable pay, bank details, joiners and leavers, absences, bonuses, and deductions.</p><br>

<p>Coordinate employment contracts, entity transfers, visa renewals, medical insurance coverage, and onboarding and offboarding formalities with Finance, Payroll, the PRO, and external providers.</p><br>

6. International Mobility and the V.I.E. Programme

<p>Manage regional HR support for V.I.E. assignees, including recruitment, assignment validation, coordination with Business France and Head Office, onboarding, assignment follow-up, and end-of-assignment planning.</p><br>

<p>Coordinate temporary and permanent relocations, international assignments, transfers, and repatriations.</p><br>

<p>Ensure that all contractual, administrative, and employee-related aspects of mobility cases are properly managed.</p><br>

7. HRIS, Reporting and Data Management

<b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>The Senior Civil / Structural Design Engineer shall be responsible for providing civil and structural engineering design, analysis, technical review, coordination, and construction support for EPC of industrial, infrastructure, and district cooling plants. The role will ensure that all civil and structural deliverables are safe, practical, cost-effective, technically sound, and compliant with applicable project specifications, international codes, authority requirements, and client expectations from concept design through construction and handover.</p><br>Your role<ul><li>Carry out structural analysis, design, and detailing of reinforced concrete, precast concrete, and be specialized in structural steel along with RCC structures and Pre-cast element design for industrial buildings, district cooling plants, utility facilities, and related infrastructure projects.</li><li>Prepare and review civil and structural designs in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, authority regulations, and applicable international codes and standards, including Dubai Municipality requirements, SBC, IBC, ACI, ASCE, AISC, UBC, and other relevant standards.</li><li>Evaluate structural systems for the applicable design loads and service conditions including loads due to wind, seismic, vibration, equipment, thermal, hydrostatic etc</li><li>Develop structural designs for pipe supports, pipe racks, sleepers, platforms, steel frames, equipment supports, steel-to-steel connections, and steel-to-concrete connections.</li><li>Perform static and dynamic analysis and design of equipment foundations for static and rotating equipment, including foundations for pumps, chillers, FRP / GLS water tanks etc.</li><li>Prepare design calculations and engineering deliverables for buildings, equipment foundations, valve chambers, concrete water tanks, retaining structures, boundary walls, fencing, gates, site security structures, and other related civil works.</li><li>Coordinate civil site development works including grading, roads, drainage, underground utilities, external works, and interface requirements with other engineering disciplines.</li><li>Prepare, review, and update Design Basis Reports, civil and structural design basis documents, architectural design basis documents, technical specifications, scope documents, design calculations, sketches, IFC drawings, and other project deliverables.</li><li>Develop concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, and construction-stage engineering packages, ensuring completeness, constructability, quality, and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Provide technical design inputs to tendering and estimation teams for EPC and design-and-build district cooling plant bids based on conceptual architectural layouts, plant layouts, and tender documents.</li><li>Review subcontractor technical submissions, including shop drawings, design calculations, method statements, material submittals, inspection and test plans, and related engineering documents.</li><li>Respond to subcontractor technical queries, clarify subcontract scope requirements, obtain technical compliance confirmations, and support the preparation and finalization of technical bid evaluations.</li><li>Prepare technical responses and justifications to client comments and comment response sheets to support approval of design basis documents, calculation notes, IFC drawings, and material submittals.</li><li>Prepare scopes of work for specialist subcontractors and service providers, including geotechnical investigation, topographical survey, and related civil engineering services.</li><li>Review and interpret geotechnical reports, soil investigation results, topographical survey information, and test results, and incorporate relevant findings into the civil and structural design.</li><li>Ensure required inspections and tests are carried out in accordance with project specifications, inspection and test plans, quality procedures, and approval workflows.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, project managers, construction teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, local authorities, government bodies, and other stakeholders to resolve design interfaces and secure required approvals.</li><li>Prepare and support authority submissions and approvals, including technical discussions with local municipalities and other approving authorities, as applicable.</li><li>Attend technical, progress, quality, safety, tender, and coordination meetings with clients, consultants,
