<span>A leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant or Specialist Physician – Internal Medicine to join its growing medical team.<br> The successful candidate will provide comprehensive consultant-level medical care, manage complex adult medical conditions, and work collaboratively with specialists and allied healthcare professionals to deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.<br> Key Responsibilities Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, and management of adult patients.<br> Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.<br> Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings.<br> Evaluate complex and undifferentiated medical presentations.<br> Review and interpret laboratory, radiological, ECG, and other diagnostic investigations.<br> Manage patients with conditions including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, renal conditions, infectious diseases, and cardiovascular risk factors.<br> Assess patients with multiple comorbidities and coordinate multidisciplinary management.<br> Provide appropriate emergency assessment and stabilization within the physician's scope of practice.<br> Refer patients to relevant subspecialists when advanced specialist intervention is required.<br> Coordinate patient care with emergency medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, nephrology, pulmonology, infectious diseases, and other departments.<br> Provide clinical guidance to junior physicians and medical team members where appropriate.<br> Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records.<br> Communicate diagnosis, treatment plans, prognosis, and preventive-care recommendations clearly to patients and families.<br> Promote evidence-based medicine and appropriate use of diagnostic investigations and medications.<br> Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, patient-safety initiatives, and multidisciplinary meetings.<br> Comply with DHA regulations, professional standards, clinical guidelines, and facility policies.<br> MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.<br> Recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine .<br> Appropriate experience at Consultant level.<br> DHA License or DHA Eligibility is preferred.<br> Candidates meeting DHA eligibility requirements may also be considered.<br> Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.<br> Demonstrated experience managing complex adult medical cases.<br> Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.<br> Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.<br> Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.<br></span> </div>
