After the work is completed, do a thorough check it gets proper closure as required.<br>Vendor Management Inspect equipment (e.g. AHU’s, packaged A/C units, fan coil units, compressors, cooling towers and chillers etc.); systems (e.g. HVAC mechanical etc.); and the work of vendors to determine the condition of facilities, operational efficiency of equipment, quality of work performed, whether equipment is on the scheduled maintenance program, and the safety measure being used by local vendors and service providers while they are working on the equipment. Work closely with vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors to protect the interests of the facility. During the refurbishment of vacant units, supervise and direct the work of the vendors and hand over the refurbished unit in coordination with the facility executive to the leasing team. Coordinate with Facility executive to review and validate all the reports from vendors and evaluate the performance as per PPM schedule and SLAs (number of calls responded to, execution time, etc) and provide a monthly report with a recommendation to SFE to evaluate possible causes of asset failures and take corrective action where needed. Review and validate all reports from vendors (reactive or PPM) on weekly basis to ensure the deliverables meet AMC requirements.<br>Inspection Inspect test and evaluates HVAC Control Systems to improve reliability and to assure dependability, safety, and compliance. Conduct testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the air quality, test for ducts, chilled water piping system, and Thermal Imaging test (Thermography) for MDB, SMDB, Bus bars, Pumps, etc. Inspects the vacant units and surrounding areas in coordination to recommend the scope of works for refurbishing / reconditioning and completing repairs/renovations. Perform inspections of each MEP equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and that safety precautions are being followed. Attend the move-out inspection of vacant units in coordination with the tenant and share the report with the Facility Executive for preparation of condition report including estimation of damages, and review and submit to the property team. This is a vessel-based offshore role supporting subsea inspection, maintenance, repair, and light construction activities across offshore projects in the UAE.<br></p><br><p>You will be responsible for executing safe and efficient air diving operations as part of an offshore dive team, working under the direction of the Dive Supervisor. The role involves performing underwater inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation activities while ensuring full compliance with IMCA D 014, ADNOC diving requirements, and company diving management systems.<br></p><br><span><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></span><br>- Perform offshore air diving operations within approved depth limits in support of subsea inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, and light construction activities.<br><br>- Carry out underwater tasks including structural inspections, cathodic protection (CP) measurements, marine growth removal, bolt replacement, anode installation, and other subsea maintenance activities.<br><br>- Perform duties as a working diver, standby diver, or bellman/tender as assigned by the Dive Supervisor, ensuring full compliance with approved dive procedures.<br><br>- Conduct pre-dive inspections of diving equipment, breathing systems, communication equipment, and personal protective equipment, confirming operational readiness before each dive.<br><br>- Maintain continuous communication with Dive Control throughout diving operations, providing updates on underwater conditions, work progress, and any safety concerns.<br><br>- Execute diving activities in accordance with approved dive plans, maintaining strict adherence to depth limitations, bottom times, decompression schedules, and emergency procedures.<br><br>- Assist with the preparation, rigging, operation, and maintenance of the dive spread, Launch and Recovery System (LARS), compressors, umbilicals, and associated diving equipment.<br><br>- Participate in pre-job planning meetings, risk assessments, toolbox talks, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and daily safety briefings to ensure safe execution of diving operations.<br><br>- Support post-dive debriefings by providing operational feedback and assisting with the completion of dive logs, maintenance records, and daily operational reports.<br><br>- Maintain diving equipment in a safe and serviceable condition, promptly reporting defects, equipment failures, or safety concerns to the Dive Supervisor.<br><br>- Promote compliance with company HSE procedures, IMCA guidelines, client requirements, and international offshore diving standards while contributing to a strong safety culture onboard.<br><br><br><span>Requirements- HSE Part IV Air Diving qualification or an equivalent internationally recognised commercial diving qualification.<br><br>- IMCA D 014 compliant commercial diving qualification is mandatory.<br><br>- 3–7 years of offshore operational air diving experience within subsea construction, inspection, IRM, or offshore oil & gas projects.<br><br>- Experience performing subsea inspection, marine growth removal, cathodic protection (CP) surveys, light construction, and underwater maintenance activities.<br><br>- Strong understanding of offshore diving operations, decompression procedures, diving equipment, and IMCA safe diving practices.<br><br>- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary offshore dive team in demanding operational environments.<br><br>- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and compliance with offshore operational procedures.<br><br><span><span>Certifications (Please attach below certificates)</span></span><br>- IMCA D 014 compliant commercial diving qualification (mandatory).<br><br>- ADNOC Diving Approval, or a demonstrated ability to obtain it.<br><br>- Valid Offshore Medical (HSE, OGUK, or equivalent).<br><br>- Valid BOSIET or HUET certification.<br><br>- First Aid at Work certification.<br><br>- Diver Medic Technician (DMT) certification is advantageous.<br><br></span><br><span>Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br><br>- Permanent rotational employment with a leading offshore subsea engineering organization<br><br>- Opportunity to work on major ADNOC offshore inspection, IRM, and subsea construction projects<br><br>- Exposure to advanced offshore diving operations, vessel-based campaigns, and IMCA-compliant diving systems<br><br>- Opportunity to develop expertise across subsea inspection, underwater maintenance, and offshore construction activities<br><br>- Long-term career growth within a stable organization supporting complex offshore and subsea operations<br><br><span><span>HOW TO APPLY</span></span><br>- Submit your CV along with a copy of your relevant certificates. <br><br></span><p>Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5 working days of application.<br></p><br>BG Marine | Black & Grey HR<br><br>The Offshore & Subsea Specialist Desk<br><br>Fast.
