Job Title: Pharmacist General Description: The pharmacist is responsible for providing safe pharmaceutical care by dispensing medications to patients in the inpatient and outpatient clinics at Eradah Center, while ensuring the optimal use of medications in accordance with approved standards. The pharmacist also conducts monthly audits, documents and analyzes the results, and reports them as part of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the continuous improvement of pharmaceutical services. Specialized Duties: <ul><li>Review and evaluate all medical prescriptions and medication treatment plans to verify their appropriateness and safety, and communicate with the treating physician regarding any conflicts or therapeutic observations.</li><li>Contribute to organizing and delivering training and educational programs for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists on medication policies and therapeutic protocols, in coordination with the Quality Department.</li><li>Participate in periodic medication inventory counts and review stock in the pharmacy, medication stores, nursing stations, and emergency carts to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Verify medications brought by patients from outside the center in terms of storage conditions and expiration dates, and coordinate with the treating physician regarding the possibility of using them during the treatment period.</li><li>Participate in the selection and procurement of medications and pharmaceutical supplies, in coordination with the Procurement Department, based on clinical needs and approved standards.</li><li>Manage medication refilling processes and replenish automated medication dispensing cabinets.</li><li>Perform medication refilling using unit-dose dispensing systems.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the position.</li></ul> Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Has broad base knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, interfaces with Wood legal/commercial experts and can under guidance initiate/discuss adaptations in order to reach a robust commercial agreement. </li> <li>Regularly monitors and reports progress of all project procurement activities. Ensures team regularly update reports/systems with required information to allow accurate reporting and escalates any critical issues and risks to project management.</li></ul>Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Accountable for the successful delivery of all supply chain activities for the area they are responsible for.</li> <li>Provides guidance, direction and support to the reporting personnel in delivery of their specific responsibilities.</li> <li>Provides guidance, direction and support to all relevant stakeholders on both Woods and the suppliers specific contractual obligations and responsibilities. </li> <li>Ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and/or contracting strategy, within approved budgets and in line with project processes and procedures. </li> <li>Reviewing, writing, and assisting with development of processes and procedures, and communication to relevant personnel. </li> <li>Establish and manage the project / procurement status report (PSR) in line with project / client required on site dates and current / estimate lead times, notifying any delays to the project manager. </li> <li>Establish and chair regular PSR meetings with client, procurement, engineering and/or project management personnel to ensure dates for pre-order deliverables are being maintained.</li> <li>Establishes priorities, assigns workloads and reviews the more difficult and complex aspects of the supply chain workload. </li> <li>Utilisation of Wood Approved Supplier Register (ASR) supplemented when required by project/client approved supplier registers for supplier evaluation, audit, and selection. </li> <li>Carry out Supplier performance reviews and ongoing management ensuring corrective actions are taken where required. </li> <li>Ensure that all statutory and legal requirements and procedures are complied with and all actions are fully auditable. </li> <li>Ensures that supply chain team have a clear understanding of their role, supply chain processes and procedures and provides guidance, direction and support. </li> <li>Promote safe working practices and demonstrate safety leadership at all times. </li> <li>Act as a role model and champion Woods vision, values and behaviours. </li> <li>Act as a role model to embed the Financial Management Framework across the business </li> <li>Implement robust performance management and development plans for the team, ensuring any gaps are addressed and development and succession planning is managed effectively </li> <li>Delivery against internal and external in year savings targets as per business plan. </li> <li>Implementation of global/regional/country initiatives as per business plans.</li></ul>Working Relationships: Internal: Business Services Manager, Engineering, Construction, Deployed Team Members, Project/Contract Manager, Other relevant functional leads/managers  External: Lead relationships with key suppliers and clients supply chain representatives Level of Influence and Decision Making Authority: <ul> <li>Under broad direction sets team objectives and responsible for the delivery of these </li> <li>Supervision of project supply chain team </li> <li>Ensure clear understanding of SCM processes and procedures and compliance against these (including Code of Conduct / policy / segregation of duties) Guiding other disciplines through SCM processes. </li> <li>Financial authority in line with FAL</li></ul> Qualifications: What makes you remarkable?  At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
