<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Building & Facility In-Charge</strong> to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, compliance, and overall management of a <strong>company-owned building located in JAFZA</strong>.</p><br><p>The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing a <strong>complete standalone building or facility</strong>.</p><br><p>This is a <strong>direct, hands-on facility management role</strong>. The building and its facilities are <strong>owned and directly managed by the company</strong>, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire property, including all building systems, common areas, external areas, maintenance activities, contractors, utilities, security, housekeeping, permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1.
