Monnai is building the world’s leading identity and risk data infrastructure, powering some of the largest global digital lenders, financial institutions, and fintech players across the U. S., LATAM, Europe, and Asia. At our core, we focus on data quality, operational performance at scale, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers.

Monnai recently raised a new $10M+ financing round and is operating from a position of strength, having reached profitability and grown revenue 5× in 2025. Until now, we’ve been deliberately hands-on and selective in how we grow - prioritizing deep customer engagement and product excellence. We’re now entering the next chapter: scaling that momentum thoughtfully across key markets.

MEA is one of Monnai’s most strategic growth regions. We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to own and expand our presence across the region, working closely with founders, leadership, and GTM teams to turn existing traction and market momentum into long-term customer relationships.

This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. It’s about credibility, trust, and helping sophisticated customers understand how to deploy Monnai’s capabilities meaningfully over time.

Operating Environment & What To Expect

Monnai is a real, working business with a proven product, strong customer adoption, profitability, and rapid growth but we are still early. Teams are lean, processes are evolving, and priorities can shift quickly as we learn and scale.

You’ll be expected to operate with autonomy and judgment, create structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and work directly with senior stakeholders on both sides of the table. This role suits someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, frequent travels, builds trust quickly, and enjoys being close to customers and market reality.

What This Role Is About

Regional owner and trusted partner

Own Monnai’s commercial relationships across MEA (Middle East and Africa). Build deep, trusted partnerships with customers and prospects, acting as a long-term advisor rather than a transactional seller.

Complex, consultative selling

Help customers understand how Monnai’s identity and risk data infrastructure fits into their stack, decisioning workflows, and growth strategy. This is a consultative, technically informed sales motion.

Extension of the founders

Work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic accounts, market feedback, positioning, and deal strategy. At our core, we focus on data quality, operational performance at scale, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers.

Monnai recently raised a new $10M+ financing round and is operating from a position of strength, having reached profitability and grown revenue 5× in 2025. Role Purpose The Graphic Designer ensures our marketing and sales materials are visually strong, consistent, and production-ready across multiple projects. The role exists to deliver fast, accurate design execution that protects brand standards and reduces revision cycles, delays, and external vendor dependency.
What you will own1) Design production (day-to-day execution) Design and adapt brochures, fact sheets, floorplan sheets, pitch decks, social media creatives, digital ads, outdoor/OOH, hoardings, flags, event collateral, and sales-center materials. Produce multiple format variations quickly (sizes, ratios, languages, platforms). Maintain clean, consistent layouts that are easy to scan and sales-friendly.
2) Brand consistency and design system Apply brand rules consistently (typography, grids, spacing, icon style, color discipline, hierarchy). Build reusable templates for repeat deliverables (brochures, listing sheets, presentations, campaign sets). Maintain a single source of truth folder for brand assets (logos, fonts, patterns, image treatment rules).
3) Quality assurance (visual accuracy and detail control) Catch design and layout errors before release (alignment, spacing, typos, wrong numbers/specs, missing disclaimers, wrong logos, outdated pricing). Ensure every deliverable matches the correct version of the content and approvals. Use checklists per output type (print vs digital vs event vs web) to minimize rework and avoid costly mistakes.
4) Production-ready outputs and file handover Export correctly for each channel (print-ready PDFs with bleed/crop, digital-optimized assets, web formats). Keep disciplined file organization: editable working files, packaged files, print-ready exports, and clear final-version control. Prepare artwork for printers and suppliers (specs, sizes, resolution, CMYK/RGB management).
5) Collaboration and revision control Turn feedback into improved outputs without losing structure or design quality. Keep revisions efficient: clarify feedback, propose options, and avoid endless cycles. Collaborate smoothly with marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors when needed (print, production, event suppliers).
What success looks like (first 90 days) Brochures, ads, and decks are delivered faster with fewer revision loops. Visual output is consistent across projects (everything looks like it comes from one disciplinedbrand). Fewer mistakes reach the market (specs, pricing, formatting, disclaimers, layouts). Print and production files go out correctly the first time (no reprints due to technical errors). Stakeholders trust the design function because quality and speed are predictable.
Requirements (must have) Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition). High attention to detail and comfort fixing errors (copy placement, numbers, specs, alignment). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Ability to deliver under deadlines with clean file management and version control. Proficient in using AI tools daily to accelerate design production, generate variations, and reduceturnaround time while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
Nice to have Figma proficiency (especially for digital ad sets and landing page sections). Print production knowledge (bleed, CMYK/RGB, resolution, packaging for print). Motion basics (simple animations, reels templates, After Effects). Real estate marketing experience (not required). Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders at once without losing accuracy.
This role is NOT for you if…You prefer only concepting and personal tase creative work. If you don’t enjoy execution volume and deadlines. You take feedback personally or struggle with structured revision cycles. You don’t like checklists, file discipline, and catching errors early.
