<br><p><strong>About this opportunity:</strong></p><br><br><p>We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join Ericsson's Enterprise Applications team as an L2 CIAM Specialist, to support and manage critical enterprise systems in a 24/7 production environment.</p><br><br><p>The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions while ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA compliance across complex application stacks, including CIAM platforms in a production environment.</p><br><br><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Provide L2 Support on the following systems and functions:</li><li>Monitor the production system and ensure its performance and stability.</li><li>Act on issues reported by L1/monitoring teams and coordinate with L3/vendor teams for the restoration of any faults.</li><li>Resolve trouble tickets and address day-to-day customer issues.</li><li>Coordinate with IT/network teams to resolve operational or functional issues.</li><li>Respond to ad hoc requests from various teams.</li><li>Analyze logs, resolve issues, escalate well in advance, and suggest alternative approaches.</li><li>Deploy change requests (CRs) in production environments and ensure smooth system performance.</li><li>Follow ITIL processes and demonstrate expertise in incident, problem, and change management.</li><li>Ensure SLA compliance for applications and trouble tickets.</li><li>Proactively develop competence in new solution areas and pursue relevant certifications.</li><li>Provide effective 360-degree feedback on deficiencies in the current solution and coordinate with the Design team, L3, and vendors to address them.</li><li>Participate in RCA discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p><br><br><p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.</li><li>5–15 years of experience.</li><li>Hands-on experience with configuration and operations in ForgeRock CIAM.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing application stacks hosted on Red Hat OpenShift (containerized stack).</li><li>Log analysis using Splunk or ELK.</li><li>Strong SQL and database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL).</li><li>Proficiency in Oracle WebLogic Server administration and Oracle WebCenter Sites.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SSO, LDAP, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.</li><li>Shell/Python scripting.</li><li>Strong learning and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Good to Have:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Basic understanding of the telecom domain and integrated applications such as billing systems, EAI/messaging platforms, and payment gateways.</li><li>Good understanding of web services (SOAP, REST).</li><li>Knowledge of the deployment and maintenance of web-based applications using standard design patterns.</li><li>Experience with AppDynamics or similar monitoring tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Linux command-line environment.</li><li>Experience in web application development and support.</li><li>Hands-on experience with tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in production environments.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Why join Ericsson?</strong>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity. As our next US Sales & Operations Enablement Associate, you'll help drive our growth in the US market, working from the UAE: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants.
