This is a leadership and coaching role, not a personal sales role. The primary objective is to increase the productivity, knowledge, and closing ratio of every agent within the team. The Sales Manager is expected to be present in the office, available to agents throughout the day, assisting with training, negotiations, deal structuring, client objections, and overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities Agent Development Recruit, onboard, and mentor new and existing sales and leasing agents. Conduct daily coaching sessions and one-on-one meetings. • Paint and touch up of resort buildings, installations, restaurant, toilets, LIFE & Just Kids, Spa and other public areas<br>
