Position Statement<br><br> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br>The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of hotel development projects across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Egypt. Manage projects in accordance with the AD&C project management process and Hilton Project Manager roles and responsibilities. Act as Hilton's primary AD&C representative and principal point of contact between owners, consultants and Hilton stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare monthly internal project reports, highlighting project progress, key milestones, risks and mitigation plans. Review consultant submissions throughout all stages of the design and construction process, preparing associated reports and correspondence. Work effectively with owners, developers and consultants to optimize project delivery, quality and program. Support the Development team during technical due diligence by reviewing plans, specifications and scheme proposals for compliance with Hilton Brand Standards and applicable local and international codes. Provide technical recommendations to the Development team during project evaluation and hotel signings. Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews with Development, Architecture & Design, Openings & Transitions, Operations, Food & Drink, Technology, other Hilton stakeholders to ensure timely decisions and project alignment. Facilitate communication between owners, consultants and Hilton stakeholders to ensure operational requirements, design intent and brand standards are fully incorporated into the project. Identify project risks, technical issues and areas of non-compliance, working collaboratively with owners and project teams to achieve timely resolution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, workmanship and compliance with Hilton standards. Supervise external consultants where required during project execution. Oversee snagging inspections, project handover and hotel opening readiness activities. Inspect completed works and prepare project handover documentation in accordance with Hilton project management procedures. Undertake Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) for conversion and rebranding projects, preparing detailed reports that define the scope of work required to achieve Hilton standards. Provide technical guidance and support to owners during the implementation of agreed PIP scopes. Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, developers, consultants and Hilton stakeholders to support successful project delivery.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>What are we looking for?<br><br>We are looking for a proactive, collaborative and results-driven project management professional with a strong technical background in hospitality / hotel design and construction. ADGM comprises three independent authorities: the Registration Authority (RA), the FSRA, and ADGM Courts. Together, they ensure ADGM operates in accordance with international best practices, recognised by major financial centres worldwide.
The FSRA was established to foster a progressive financial services environment and uphold the integrity of ADGM. Its regulatory frameworks are benchmarked to global standards, ensuring financial entities operate with clarity and certainty, market participants compete on a level playing field, and investor interests are safeguarded.
The Fintech Department, within the Authorisation & Fintech Division of the FSRA, is responsible for the regulatory oversight of intermediary firms conducting regulated activities in relation to Virtual Assets (VAs) and Fiat-Referenced Tokens (FRTs). This includes entities engaged in issuance of FRTs, safekeeping of VAs/ FRTs, VA-related trading and investments, and other non-exchange services.
This Manager role sits within the Fintech Supervision (Intermediary) team and will be directly responsible for the day-to-day supervisory oversight of VA broker-dealer entities. These entities typically carry out regulated activities such as Dealing in Investments (as Principal or Agent) and Providing Custody under a Financial Services Permission (FSP) granted by the FSRA. The role requires navigating complex supervisory challenges posed by virtual asset intermediaries, including systemic risk considerations, cross-border regulatory coordination, and technology-driven business models.
The role reports to the Senior Manager – Supervision (Intermediary) and requires close collaboration with colleagues across the Authorisation & Fintech division and the wider FSRA.
Operational responsibilities
Implements operational risk management frameworks specific to intermediary firms carrying out regulated activities in relation to Virtual Assets and Fiat-Referenced Tokens, translating the FSRA and ADGM requirements into tailored policies and procedures for supervised entities.
Conducts regular desk-based reviews, on-site inspections, and monitoring activities, evaluating the effectiveness of compliance, governance, systems and controls for mitigating risks for supervised intermediary firms.
Supports reporting duties, including analysis of regulatory returns and coordination of risk mitigation strategies in partnership with higher management.
Maintains accountability and ensures alignment with ADGM's supervisory approach and objectives.
Undertake supervisory reviews, handle regulatory queries, and coordinate with other FSRA units for holistic oversight.
Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting by Fintech.

Nevoya aims to reinvent the trucking industry and this role will be a key player to achieve our vision.<br><br>What You'll Do<br><br>Own AI-focused product initiatives from discovery through launch, working hand in hand with the engineering team Identify and prioritize where AI can add meaningful value across freight workflows, building a clear roadmap of opportunities Conduct and synthesize user research to surface high-value problems and validate where AI is the right solution Define product requirements and success metrics for AI features, holding the team accountable to outcomes over outputs Partner with engineering to translate complex logistics challenges into reliable, production-ready AI products Contribute to the development of Nevoya's broader AI strategy as that function grows Support the buildout of the product operations function, including release processes, feedback loops, and cross-functional rituals Own voice-of-customer for the operators who live in the product, spending time close to real freight workflows before specing the tools and AI features that support them Develop tooling and workflows that improve how AI products are evaluated, shipped, and monitored in production Work with internal teams to ensure smooth launches and strong adoption Communicate product direction and tradeoffs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders<br><br>What You'll Bring To The Table<br><br>3 - 6 years of product experience with a focus on AI operations, with a track record of shipping in fast-moving environments Direct experience building, shipping, or operationalizing AI-powered products or workflows Strong instincts for user research and the ability to translate customer insights into clear product direction Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering teams and lead product development end to end Ability to go down to the operating level, figure problems, build solutions that meet business goals working with operations, dispatch, drivers, and leadership (a not taks is too small for me mentality) Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of bringing structure to early-stage or scaling product environments Strong systems thinking, including comfort designing around a single source of truth and event-driven workflows, and reasoning clearly about what breaks at scale A demonstrated ability to be a neutral arbiter across competing stakeholders and still ship a coherent roadmap Data fluency, including the ability to define metrics, interpret results, and make decisions grounded in evidence Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across functions Genuine curiosity about how emerging AI capabilities can be applied to real-world logistics problems<br><br>Desired Experience<br><br>Background in mobility, logistics, truck and carrier operations Experience at a Series A or early-stage startup where you helped build product and operational infrastructure from the ground up Hands-on familiarity with how AI products are evaluated, deployed, and monitored in production Hands-on experience scaling operations through agents or agentic workflows Exposure to standing up or maturing product operations practices within a growing team<br><br>At Nevoya, we believe diverse teams build better solutions.<br><br>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees. Role Description This is a part-time, remote Store Manager role responsible for overseeing the operational and customer-facing aspects of Ram Pro Construction’s store or inventory function. The Store Manager will manage inventory levels, track materials and supplies, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely availability of products. This role includes monitoring online or remote sales activity, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in inventory and point-of-sale systems. The Store Manager will handle customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and support a positive customer experience aligned with company standards. The individual will also implement and monitor procedures that reduce loss, protect company assets, and support compliance with internal policies. Qualifications Strong Store Management skills, including inventory control, order processing, and basic reporting. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers in a remote setting. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage, safeguard inventory, and follow company policies. Experience using digital tools such as inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms. Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks while working independently. Previous experience in retail, construction supply, or a similar operations role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business, operations, or supply chain are a plus.
