<ul><li><p>Operate the plant as instructed to ensure electrical power is safely and efficiently generated and distributed to the daily operational plan in order to meet the efficient operating needs and reliable network requirements of the Smelter Complex’s and 3rd party customers (as applicable)</p></li><li><p>Observe Gas Turbines, HRSG's and Steam Turbines operating parameters and ensures maximum steam generation.</p></li><li><p>Control and assist in the collection of accurate and reliable operational data in order to monitor performance against target and accurate invoices to 3rd party customers. Role Summary
<p>The Assistant Resident Engineer (OT Cybersecurity) will support the delivery of an OT cybersecurity enhancement program focused on the onboarding of electrical substations and associated OT/SCADA systems into a centralized Security Operations Centre (SOC). The role will be involved in site surveys, technical reviews, design validation, implementation support, testing and commissioning, and supervision of cybersecurity activities throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with project security requirements.</p><br>
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support OT cybersecurity activities across project planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover phases.</li>
<li>Conduct site surveys and assessments for electrical substations and associated OT/SCADA environments.</li>
<li>Review OT cybersecurity designs, architectures, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li>
<li>Support the onboarding and integration of substations and OT systems into the central SOC.</li>
