<p>The HR & Administration Manager – Site Operations is responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of Human Resources, Administration, Learning & Development (L&D), and Site Workforce Management functions for Amenav Construction's project site. The role is instrumental in developing a high-performing, compliant, and people-focused organization by implementing strategic HR initiatives, strengthening administrative operations, and ensuring effective workforce planning and management across the project lifecycle.
The position serves as a strategic business partner to Project Management and Head Office, ensuring that site manpower resources, employee welfare, compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational capability support the successful delivery of EPC projects while maintaining the highest standards of governance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with project and corporate objectives.
