directly to the Founders and owns growth marketing across multiple countries, starting with the UAE and UK and extending to the US as Metabolic.
Health scales into that market.
It is Metabolic.
Health's first dedicated growth marketing leadership hire and is based in Dubai, UAE.
The role owns the full patient acquisition engine from the first digital impression through to a booked appointment, across every market it covers.
It turns the Founders' growth vision into a scalable, data-driven strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and provides oversight and guidance on SEO, which is executed within the Marketing team, so every channel keeps lowering CAC and growing patient volume.
The role builds the tracking and measurement foundation, including first-party data capture and server-side tracking, that lets the team make fast, defensible decisions as spend grows.
It also sets up a lead scoring model that separates high-intent patients from casual browsers so budget follows real demand.
The role works closely with Medical Staff to keep every claim clinically accurate and compliant with DHA and the equivalent regulator in each market it operates in, with Product and Tech to improve the digital patient journey, and with Finance to manage unit economics, then hands each qualified, booked lead to the Patient Services and Contact Centre team to take the conversation forward.
It stays aligned with the wider Marketing team on brand and messaging, and runs a regular cadence with the Founders and senior stakeholders so growth priorities, budget, and resourcing stay in sync across every market.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Founder Alignment Own growth marketing as a senior leadership function across every market Metabolic.
Health operates in, starting with the UAE and UK and extending to the US as the company enters that market.
Own the top-line growth targets and justify all marketing spend against realized revenue.
Translate the Founders' vision into a scalable, data-driven growth roadmap.
Manage and scale the growth marketing team, building a culture of high performance and accountability.
Track market changes, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves, and adjust the growth strategy ahead of them rather than after.
Run a regular alignment cadence directly with the Founders and senior stakeholders across Clinical, Product, and Finance to keep growth priorities, budget, and resourcing in sync across every market.
Omnichannel Performance Marketing Build and run the paid omnichannel strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive high-intent leads.
Own the marketing budget end to end and manage spend against CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Provide oversight, support, and guidance on SEO, which is executed within the Marketing team, so organic performance keeps contributing to lower CAC and continuous patient growth.
Run the ad platform stack, including Meta Business Suite with CAPI, Google Ads PMax, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Maintain the analytics stack, including GA4, the CRM, and dashboards.
Measurement, Tracking & Lead Quality Lead the rollout of first-party data tracking, including server-side tracking and Meta CAPI, to keep data accurate as privacy rules tighten.
Build and maintain automated MQL and SQL scoring so budget concentrates on high-propensity, high-value treatments.
Monitor speed to lead and keep the response window to new inbound leads under 5 minutes so intent doesn't cool off.
Creative & Content Testing Run a high-cadence testing engine for video-first content, including Reels and TikTok, and doctor-led educational material.
Test landing pages and ad creative continuously and act on what the data shows, not on personal preference.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance Work with Medical Staff to confirm every claim, visual, and testimonial is clinically accurate before it goes live.
Route every patient-facing ad, landing page, and social post through Medical Director sign-off in line with DHA advertising and social media guidelines.
Work with Product and Tech to improve the digital patient journey from ad click to booking.
Work with Finance to manage unit economics and report spend against realized revenue.
Hand every qualified, booked lead to the Patient Services and Contact Centre team with the context needed to convert it, without owning the follow-up call or the conversion process.
Align with the Patient Services and Contact Centre team on lead handoff quality, and use their front-line feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and lead scoring.
Align with the wider Marketing team on brand voice, messaging, and campaign calendars so patient-facing content stays consistent across every channel.
Represent growth marketing in cross-functional planning with Clinical, Product, Finance, and Patient Services, so campaigns and capacity plans stay realistic for the clinic to deliver on.
Executive Reporting Deliver a regular State of Growth report to the Founders and Board, covering EBITDA impact, CAC, LTV, and market share.
Translate performance data into a clear commercial narrative that non-marketing stakeholders can act on.
Key Deliverables A growth roadmap that ties channel strategy to revenue targets, refreshed on a regular cadence.
A monthly State of Growth report covering revenue, blended CAC vs LTV, and channel-level ROAS.
A recurring SEO performance review with the Marketing team, with guidance documented and tied back to CAC and patient growth targets.
A first-party tracking and measurement setup, documented so the team can maintain it as platforms change.
A lead scoring model that separates high-intent from casual leads, reviewed and recalibrated regularly.
A creative testing log covering video-first and doctor-led content, with results tracked against booking outcomes.
A DHA-compliant approval trail for every patient-facing ad, landing page, and social asset, signed off by the Medical Director.
A qualified lead handoff process, documented so the Patient Services team can act on it without chasing for context.
A recurring cross-functional alignment cadence with the Contact Centre, Marketing team, and Founders or senior stakeholders, with clear owners and follow-ups tracked.
Role Scope & Boundaries The Head of Growth Marketing owns the paid and organic performance marketing strategy, the marketing budget, the creative testing engine, and the tracking infrastructure behind patient acquisition, across the UAE, the UK, and the US as that market comes online.
SEO execution sits with the Marketing team, with this role providing oversight and guidance to keep it aligned to CAC and patient growth targets rather than running it directly.
The role does not own the Patient Services or contact centre function, does not manage business development or partnership negotiations, and does not give clinical opinions or interpret patient results.
Every patient-facing claim, testimonial, or public campaign needs Medical Director sign-off before it goes live, in line with DHA advertising and social media guidelines and the equivalent regulator in each market it operates in.
As lead volume and channel complexity grow, the role can flag whether the clinic needs additional growth marketing headcount or expanded contact centre capacity, though that decision sits with clinic leadership.
Final decisions on patient data handling and consent remain with the designated compliance or privacy officer, not this role.
