<p>As a Specialist, Asset Servicing, you will be a key player in our SSO team, dedicated to delivering exceptional custody services. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving the overall efficiency of our custody operations.</p><br><ul><li>Responsible for the end to end corporate actions processing in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements, with an increased focus on accurate and timely execution to enhance the client experience.</li><li>Responsible for daily monitoring and processing of Corporate Actions processes covering Domestic and Regional and International Market for both mandatory and voluntary specific corporate actions functions of diverse products like equities mutual funds, fixed income , hedge fund , structured funds , ETF and ensuring highest quality of client service delivery as per international standards.</li><li>Responsible for handling moderately intricate to extremely complex corporate action events across Local, Regional, International Markets. Processing responsibilities include the receipt of market / sub custodian announcements, the scrubbing/comparison of data, and the notification of corporate action events to client. Reconciliation of client positions with respective sub custodians and markets and monitors appropriate posting of accruals and entitlements to client accounts. For all voluntary events is responsible for soliciting and receiving responses from the clients and for submitting these instructions to the respective sub custodians / markets / agents / processing bank prior to their deadline dates.</li><li>Ensure to track and respond to internal and external clients queries by providing clear detailed corporate actions information in line with the relevant market rules and regulations and corporate actions best practise.</li><li>Responsible for communicating with various stakeholders like Markets, Sub Custodians, Agents, Companies, Depositories, Brokers, Issuers to ensure smooth accurate timely corporate actions processing. </li><li>Responsible to have excellent knowledge related to corporate actions swift messages and usages of the same.</li><li>Demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to continuously meet required deadlines and goals.</li><li>Articulates information clearly and presents information effectively and confidently when working with others.</li><li>Convinces others by making a strong case, bringing others along to their viewpoint; maintains strong, trusting relationships while at the same time is comfortable challenging ideas.</li><li>Participation in section related projects, system changes and upgrades and new client’s requirements and implementation of sub custodian / client SLA.</li><li>Review processes and suggest and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and reduce manual intervention and reduce overall cost.</li><li>Asset Services: Responsible for Corporate Actions, support Tax Reclaims, Proxy Services, Network Management Support, Income Management, Reconciliation. </li><li>Cash / FX Settlement: Review and validate all transactions inputted by the officer / another specialist. Escalate all mismatches to AVP. Validate all data entered into the system and forward to AVP for review. On settlement date of transaction ensure transaction settled and all appropriate accounting entries executed. Escalate any settlement issues / discrepancies to AVP Validate and Sign any vouchers that need to be passed for FX / Cash execution for review by the AVP.</li><li>Corporate Actions / support Tax Reclaims/ Proxy: Monitoring sources for Corporate Action Announcements (Newspapers, Bloomberg, Reuters, Sub-Custodians, Local Market Websites) and submitting information to officer / another specialist for input into the system, supporting Tax Reclaims and Proxy Services. Validate all transactions entered by officer / another specialist into the custody system and ensuring that transactions are processed appropriately.</li><li>Position / Cash Management: Review clients’ positions and holdings daily and reconcile positions with sub-custodians and market to ensure there are no discrepancies. Escalate any discrepancies to AVP. Daily review of client’s cash positions to ensure all clients have appropriate funding and escalating to AVP and Middle Office any potential over drafts or if client is at risk of being insufficient.</li><li>SWIFTS: Validate swift instructions inputted by officer / another specialist into the system for AVP to Authorize. Second Level of SWIFT generation process.</li><li>Reconciliation: Second level of reconciliation ensuring all appropriate checks are done to ensure there are no discrepancies and escalating any issues to the AVP. </li><li>Ad Hoc Requests: Supporting the AVP as required for business-as-usual matters and projects and initiatives.</li><li>Risk Indicators: Responsible to ensure controls and procedures are being adhered to by the section. Monitor all KPIs, KRIs, Capacity Planning. Submit any incidents and issues to AVP for review. The role is responsible for ensuring continuous, efficient, and compliant plant operations through technical leadership, team management, process optimization, maintenance planning, and stakeholder coordination.<br>The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of delivering operational excellence while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This Operations & Maintenance Engineer Job in Sharjah requires strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, plant equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance, and O&M operations.<br><br><ul><li>Oversee the daily operations of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Pumping Stations, including biological, mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and chemical issues.</li><li>Maintain readiness to respond to emergency breakdowns, system failures, and critical incidents outside regular working hours when required.</li><li>Support clients in plant expansion, upgrade, and rehabilitation projects by providing technical and O&M expertise.</li><li>Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts, consumables, chemicals, and tools while maintaining Overview<br><br>The Technical Director – Data Centres is the senior technical authority for Multidisciplinary engineering services associated with Data Centre projects across the Middle East region.<br><br>The role is responsible for ensuring technical excellence, design quality, governance compliance, innovation, digital delivery and successful project execution across all stages of the project lifecycle. Track and provide reports to HQ HR on all key performance cases. Professional development – monitor, book and track PD for school staff and provide reports as requested by the SLT, School Ops Manager and HQ HR HR Operations.<br><br><br>HR Operations:<br><br>Health Insurance applications, renewals, cancellations and associated management for all school staff in coordination with HQ Public Relations team. Management and reporting of staff time and attendance, including managing the time and attendance systems. Responsible for issuing NOCs and other relevant staff letters (e.g. Bank, Government, Immigration, experience letters etc). Keep the School’s organization chart up to date and ensure that HQ are aware of any changes. HR KPIs - collate people metrics based on the Aldar Education HR KPI requirements and provide reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis, including but not limited to absence, turnover, PD, recruitment activity, disciplinary and performance management cases, compliance rates (visas and ADEK pass etc). Ensure the school’s recruitment activity is in line with the staffing headcount. Create and issue offer letters, contracts, contract renewals and associated documentation in line with the group-wide terms and conditions and policies. Responsible for booking any flights/hotel and raising relevant PRs. Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate data for On-boarding new staff.<br><br><br>Performance Enablement:<br><br>Coordinate the school’s probationary processes in accordance with group-wide policies and processes. Coordinate performance review and appraisal cycles in accordance with group-wide policies and processes to support the SLT in achieving a high-performance culture. Track and provide reports to HQ HR on all key performance cases. Professional development – monitor, book and track PD for school staff and provide reports as requested by the SLT, School Ops Manager and HQ HR HR Operations.<br><br><br>HR Operations:<br><br>Health Insurance applications, renewals, cancellations and associated management for all school staff in coordination with HQ Public Relations team. Management and reporting of staff time and attendance, including managing the time and attendance systems. Responsible for issuing NOCs and other relevant staff letters (e.g. Bank, Government, Immigration, experience letters etc). Keep the School’s organization chart up to date and ensure that HQ are aware of any changes. HR KPIs - collate people metrics based on the Aldar Education HR KPI requirements and provide reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis, including but not limited to absence, turnover, PD, recruitment activity, disciplinary and performance management cases, compliance rates (visas and ADEK pass etc). Process exiting staff as leavers and ensure all associated exit procedures are completed, including liaison with HQ payroll for the calculations of full and final settlements, and associated housing closeout procedures. Responsible for ensuring all resigned staff have correct acknowledgement letter and all relevant documents collated. Maintain up to date confidential employment records and staff files on site at school. Maintaining HR systems and ensuring they accurately reflect the staffing within the school. Monitor and maintain CTC, ensuring agreed headcount is correct. Participate in group-wide HR meetings in order to share knowledge, best practice and to ensure consistency within group standards.<br><br><br>Employee Relations:<br><br>Support the SLT with investigations and disciplinary management of staff, ensuring accurate records of cases are kept within confidential employment files. Provide advice, counsel and guidance to employees on relevant issues and escalate to SLT or HQ HR where required. <p><strong>Standard duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds employees’ expectations.</li>
<li>To ensure you read the hotel's employee handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.</li>

<li>To report for duty punctually wearing professional attire. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department personal appearance standards.</li>

<li>Prepare related paperwork and welcome pack for new hires.</li>
<li>Organize medical appointments for new hires, visa renewal colleagues, etc.</li>
<li>Prepare and assist medical insurance of the new joiners, dependents, etc.</li>
<li>Assist with payroll maintenance for the People and Culture Team.</li>
<li>Requires knowledge and the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software plus other systems (i.e. Bayan, Workday etc).</li>
<li>Coordinate and book colleagues’ and/or dependents’ flight tickets.</li>
<li>Maintain employment files and other records personally and through delegation in a detailed manner on paper and in the People & Culture computer system.</li>
<li>Maintain the organization and cleanliness of heart of the house areas: employee entrance, employee lockers, colleagues’ restaurant, colleagues’ lounge, corridors, notice boards and walls, TV screens, bus stop, smoking area.</li>
<li>To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule.</li>
<li>To respond to any changes in the division as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel.</li>
<li>To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.</li>
<li>Design and participate in salary surveys to provide an analysis and recommendation for salary and wage scales and ranges.</li>
<li>Organize, supervise and participate in all employee wellness & recreation programs & events including Employee of the month, colleagues’ party, theme lunch & dinner, general meetings etc.</li>
<li>Build and maintain confidence & credibility within employees; understand the importance of being visible and has the ability to identify the general morale amongst employees.</li>
<li>Achieve positive/constructive feedback in the Employee Opinion Survey; address employee complaints & concerns in a professional & timely manner.</li>
<li>Demonstrate competence with People & Culture information systems.</li>
<li>Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of People and Culture and People & Culture Manager.</li>

<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities from OHSAD:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Understand & cooperate with full compliance with hotel’s developed OSH policy, procedures & works instructions or action taken by management to protect employees or to comply with OSH requirements.</li>
<li>Report to immediate supervisor any situation which they have reason to believe could present a hazard and which they cannot themselves correct.</li>
<li>Report all OSH incidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences, unsafe act & conditions.</li>
<li>Report all hazards & engage in communication & consultation activities.</li>
<li>Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided (e.g. plant & machineries, PPE, etc.) at the workplace in the interest of health, safety and welfare.</li>
<li>Participate in conduct of OSH related planning and implementation in order to achieve the hotel’s OSH objectives, targets & program.</li>
<li>Handling, storage & disposal of hazardous materials as per MSDS.</li>
<li>Attend OSH training, safety induction, on the job training, daily tool box talks, etc.</li>
<li>Keep tools and equipment in good condition; inspect tools, plants, machineries and equipment for defect before use and report defects immediately to the supervisor.</li>
<li>Follow all posted warning signs and safety instructions.</li>
<li>Understand & be aware of OSH risks of the assigned work & necessary arrangements to perform the work safely.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What you bring:</h4>

<li>A minimum of 1+ years of People & Culture experience (Admin or Coordinator) in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or other service environments.</li>
<li>Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).</li>
