Build, maintain and continuously expand a qualified talent pipeline to support existing contracts and future business opportunities. Provide market intelligence relating to consultant availability, compensation trends and competitor activity.<br>Consultant Lifecycle Management Manage the full consultant lifecycle from initial engagement through mobilisation, deployment, extension and demobilisation. Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants throughout their assignments. Monitor assignment performance, utilisation, contract extensions and upcoming resource requirements. Ensure consultants receive timely support regarding payroll, timesheets, travel, accommodation and operational matters.<br>Client Relationship & Workforce Solutions Act as the primary client interface for all consultant-related matters. Understand client workforce requirements and develop resourcing strategies to meet project and operational needs. Coordinate timely fulfilment of consultant requests in line with agreed service levels. Manage consultant performance feedback from clients and coordinate corrective actions where necessary.
