Job Description: • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups. Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system • Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates. Track order status and ensure timely delivery • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches. Maintain and update customer data and sales records • Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation</p><p>Qualifications: • Filipino, Female, aged 35 years and below • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics& Supply Chain, Business Administration, E-commerce Administration, Accounting; or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics • Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage and strong experience in Excel formulas is required</p>
