We are looking for a Leasing Progression Representative to join our team. The role is primarily focused on handling the outdoor, customer-facing activities required to successfully complete leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, professional, and comfortable dealing directly with clients while handling sensitive documents and cheques.<br>Key Responsibilities Conduct tenant, including VIP, visits and document-signing appointments. Coordinate and attend landlord visits and signing appointments as required. Collect signed documents and required physical paperwork from landlords. Receive, collect, and hand over cheques and other required documents between branches and landlords. Conduct landlord cheque and document handovers when required. Support VIP and home-visit tenant services when assigned. Verify that all received documents are complete and accurate before handing them back to the Leasing Progression Officer (LPO). Coordinate visit schedules and appointments closely with LPOs. Maintain accurate records of all document and cheque collections and handovers. Immediately report any missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents to the relevant LPO. Support urgent physical document and cheque requests when required. Ensure all client-facing activities are handled professionally and in line with company procedures.<br>Requirements Previous experience in real estate, leasing, customer service, delivery coordination, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
