About the Role : The Legal Representative will support the company in all legal, corporate, andregulatory matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, advisingmanagement on compliance requirements, and ensuring adherence to UAE laws andreal estate regulations. This role requires strong experience in corporate law, jointventures, transaction support, and real estate-related legal documentation.<br>Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is strictly mandatory for this position. You’ll be engaging with private hospitals, clinics, and specialist practitioners in the region.<br><br>You’ll be responsible for<br><br>Qualifying, prospecting, and creating opportunities for our Sales team Utilising top-of-the-range sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity Consistently exceeding daily KPIs and monthly targets, supported by your manager and the wider team Taking ownership of building your own pipeline and continue to improve the sales funnel; and ultimately, playing an integral part of Doctify’s revenue growth Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the Health Tech field<br><br>About You<br><br>Fluency in Arabic and English You're comfortable building rapport with healthcare professionals over the phone and via written outreach You have a minimum of 6 months experience within an outbound sales position, or outreaching for new business (this doesn’t need to be industry specific) You are ambitious, a self-starter and go-getter, always striving for success! You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of the phone; resilience is key!
