<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Take care of date palm trees, including watering, pruning, pollination, and harvesting.</p></li><li><p>Carry out general farming activities such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and weeding.</p></li><li><p>Operate and maintain irrigation systems.</p></li><li><p>Feed, water, and care for domestic animals.</p></li><li><p>Clean animal shelters and keep the farm clean and organized.</p></li><li><p>Check the health of plants and animals and report any issues to the supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Use farm tools and equipment safely.</p></li><li><p>Assist with harvesting, loading, and other farm work as required.</p></li><li><p>Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.</p></li><li><p>Perform any other duties assigned by the Farm Supervisor.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Farm Worker or in a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Experience in caring for date palm trees.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of general farming and irrigation.</p></li><li><p>Experience in caring for domestic animals, especially goats, sheep, and poultry</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and able to work outdoors.</p></li><li><p>Hardworking, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Basic communication skills in English are preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
