The role ensures that commissioning phases are strategically planned, fully integrated with construction and start-up requirements, and executed in line with ADNOC standards, project milestones, and operational readiness objectives. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><br><br> <p><strong>Expected:</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering</li> <li>Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas projects with at least 5 years focused on commissioning planning and scheduling</li> <li>Proven experience in PMC roles on ADNOC or similar large-scale offshore projects in the Middle East</li> <li>Strong understanding of commissioning processes including systemization, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent</li> <li>Experience in integrated project planning covering EPC and commissioning phases</li> <li>Familiarity with ADNOC standards, offshore HSE requirements, and permit-to-work systems</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in managing complex interfaces between construction, commissioning, and operations teams</li> <li>Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure offshore project environment</li> <li>Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul><br> </div>
