Join us.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our infrastructure project team in Abu Dhabi, with strong experience in pump stations, lifting stations, and associated mechanical systems.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Supervise and monitor mechanical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and project requirements. Supervise the installation and execution of mechanical works for pump stations, lifting stations, drainage pumping systems, and associated infrastructure. Review and assess contractor technical submissions, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, technical proposals, and equipment submittals. Monitor the installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of pumps, lifting station equipment, mechanical systems, pipework, valves, and associated equipment. Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, wet utilities, structural, and other disciplines to ensure proper interfaces and timely execution. Monitor site progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved project requirements. Conduct site inspections and review inspection requests to ensure mechanical works are completed in accordance with approved documents. Review and monitor mechanical equipment installation, alignment, connections, testing, and commissioning. Review testing and commissioning procedures and witness relevant tests for pumps, lifting stations, and associated mechanical systems. Identify technical issues, construction risks, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and Contractor on mechanical engineering matters. Coordinate with the Contractor, Authorities, stakeholders, and other project disciplines to resolve technical and construction-related issues. Review the Contractor’s proposed equipment, materials, and mechanical systems for compliance with project specifications and approved requirements. Monitor the Contractor’s compliance with approved construction methods, quality requirements, and project specifications. Maintain proper records of inspections, technical matters, progress, testing, commissioning, and construction activities. Participate in technical, progress, and coordination meetings with the Contractor and project stakeholders. Support the Resident Engineer and Project Management team in the successful delivery of the works. Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are properly implemented throughout the construction activities. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 10 Years of Relevant experience in mechanical works for infrastructure and construction projects. Strong experience in pump stations, lifting stations, pumping systems, and associated mechanical works. Good knowledge of pumps, valves, pipework, mechanical equipment, and related systems. Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Experience in reviewing technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, RFIs, and equipment submittals. Experience in construction supervision and coordination with contractors and other disciplines. UAE infrastructure and Authority experience is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills. The role is the working link between the BIM supervisor, who carries the accountability for the group, and the technicians who produce the work. We are looking for an experienced salesperson with live contacts in the procurement departments of UAE manufacturers — whether you have sold them ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels or cartons. About Price Grip (and why this is easy to sell) At Price Grip (pricegrip.io) we have built an AI-powered system for automated price negotiation. Manufacturers overpay for ingredients, raw materials, packaging and labels — not because they have to, but because they don't have the time or the tools to test the market regularly. Our system runs blind, multi-round price competitions among qualified suppliers — including the client's current supplier. No bidder sees another bidder's price. Nothing changes except the price: same specification, same quality, same commercial terms, no IT implementation on the client's side. The decision always stays with the client. Completed processes to date have delivered savings of 8% to 74,52%, averaging 27%. Every moment is elevated by thoughtful Four Seasons service, anticipating each guest’s unique personal needs – whether the goal is relaxing on vacation or staying efficient for business.<br><br><p><b>About the role</b><br>The Revenue Analyst will be working with the Director of Revenue to define, design, develop and execute business reports and analyses that establish actionable business insights into the performance of both brand level and property specific revenue trends and opportunities.</p><br><br><br><p><b>What you will do</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Strategy Support: By assisting the Director of Revenue Management with essential administrative duties and fulfil reporting and analysis tasks, it will ensure that the RM strategies as defined by the team can be executed in an efficient and pro-active manner. Providing contingency along with the Reservations Manager in the event of absence is also an element in the delivery of strategy objectives.</li><li>Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance. Perform competitor checks and report as appropriate.</li><li>Assist the DORM in identifying soft periods and developing promotions and strategies.</li><li>Support the DORM in effective implementation of Four Seasons Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures. (Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segmentation, Profiles, and all other PMS/ORS related RM functionality.)</li><li>Action Rate Solicitations as directed and maintain rate plans.</li><li>Ensure the hotel has Best Rate Guarantee compliance, and work with the DORM to minimize/eliminate rate parity claims against the hotel.</li><li>Assist the DORM with daily updates of the Revenue Management Reports and ensure all data input into the system is accurate. (Geo Source, Product Quality, Pricing). Opportunity to assist with all aspects of budget preparation.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of 30-60-90 day fully updated Forecasts. Work with the DORM to prepare longer term forecasts and achieve hotel forecast accuracy goals.</li><li>Participate in the property’s weekly Strategy Meeting and contribute to the Daily Operations Meeting.</li><li>Review and analyze data on an ongoing and end of month basis. Provide monthly reports on production, trends, booking and stay patterns as well as channel analysis. Evaluation of the distribution channel performance and potential reasons for this performance.</li><li>Analyze competitive reports and formulate appropriate suggestions for strategies through use of STR Reports.</li><li>Daily communication with our Reservations and Front Office and Sales team to share best practices.</li></ul><br><p>Standard Duties:<br>1.
