Position has overall responsibility for maintaining more than one building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation of the units. Develops and implements strategies that will deliver products and services, which meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests and employees while maximizing the financial performance. Responsible for maintaining standards and regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues. CANDIDATE PROFILE  Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing. OR • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets • Works with property and regional engineering leadership team to determine how Engineering is performing against budget and highlights areas of concern to leadership. • Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems for the units in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. • Administers service contracts to support property needs. • Ensures fire crew has complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms. • Coaches and supports engineering leadership team to effectively manage controllable expenses (e.g., wages, heat, light and power, water consumption, tools and equipment, grounds keeping supplies, uniforms, vendors, service agreements, inventory, etc.). • Manages and controls heat, light and power. • Develops an engineering operating strategy that is aligned with the property/brand’s business strategy. • Develops and manages Engineering budgets. • Ensures integration of departmental goals in game plans for each unit. • Oversees execution of long term preventative maintenance and 10 year asset protection plans for each unit. • Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Engineering is performing against budget for each unit. • Addresses potential areas of concern and proposing solutions to owners in a proactive manner. • Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results. • Supervises construction to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary guidelines. Maintaining Engineering Standards • Ensures compliance with state, local and federal regulations. • Maintains property life safety systems (e.g., fire fighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems). • Ensures building and equipment licenses, permits and certifications are current for each unit. • Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently. Managing Profitability • Manages areas of operation to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and payroll progress reports. • Monitors and manages the payroll function. • Manages departments’ controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. • Participates in the development of departments’ capital expenditure goals; manages projects as needed. • Participates in the budgeting process for areas of responsibility. • Prepares weekly and period end P&L critiques for each unit. • Understands the impact of departments’ operation on the overall property financial goals for each unit; educates staff on details as appropriate. • Reviews and manages controllable expenses such as, heat, light, power, water consumption, tools and equipment, grounds keeping supplies, uniforms, vendors, service agreements, etc. Conducting Human Resources Activities • Ensures employees are treated fairly and equitably. • Ensures disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process. • Utilizes employee feedback and an “open door” policy to identify and address employee problems or concerns in a timely manner. • Celebrates successes by publicly recognizing the contributions of team members. • Resolves guest problems and complaints. • Brings issues to the attention of Human Resources as necessary. • Ensures that regular on-going communication takes place throughout the engineering operation to communicate daily operations activities, set expectations and create awareness of business objectives. About the role You'll be the legal engine behind our commercial expansion — drafting and negotiating the agreements that bring new partners live, and building the frameworks and systems that let us do it again and again without starting from scratch each time. Day to day, you'll draft and negotiate MOUs and commercial agreements with utilities, banks, MNOs, aggregators and other partners; support tenders and proposals as they come up; and develop reusable legal frameworks that can be adapted across deals and markets. You'll also put in place proper systems for tracking, filing and managing our contracts — and lead on using AI to streamline how legal work gets done. You'll report to the Chief Legal and Strategy Officer and work hand-in-hand with our Commercial and Finance teams. 1. Responsible for the full-cycle document management of the procurement process in EPC projects, including receipt, registration, numbering, distribution, archiving, and controlled management of all procurement documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability. 2. The HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance within our oil and gas operations, ensuring alignment with ADNOC regulations and standards. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant command and navigation of the Self-Propelled Cutter Suction Dredger (SPCSD) during dredging, sailing, maneuvering, berthing and unberthing operations.</li><li>Ensure overall command of the vessel in accordance with company policies, Flag State requirements, Class rules, ISM Code, COLREGs and applicable local/international maritime regulations.</li><li>Plan and execute vessel movements, dredging transits and operational activities in coordination with the Dredging Superintendent, Project Management and Marine Operations teams.</li><li>Maintain effective bridge watchkeeping, navigational safety and passage planning, including electronic navigation, chart management, position monitoring and route assessment.</li><li>Take direct command during critical maneuvers, restricted visibility, adverse weather, heavy traffic, close-quarter situations and complex dredging-area movements.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Dredge Master/Chief Officer, Chief Engineer and dredging/technical teams to ensure safe integration of marine, propulsion and dredging systems.</li><li>Supervise the vessel's self-propulsion, steering, thruster and anchoring operations, ensuring that maneuvering capabilities are fully understood and safely utilized.</li><li>Ensure safe positioning and movement of the SPCSD during cutter-head deployment, dredging, swing operations, spud/anchor handling and relocation between dredging areas.</li><li>Monitor vessel stability, trim, draught, freeboard and loading conditions throughout dredging and transit operations, taking corrective action where required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project-specific dredging plans, exclusion zones, underwater obstructions, pipelines, cables, structures, navigation channels and other site constraints.</li><li>Maintain continuous situational awareness of surrounding traffic and coordinate with VTS, port authorities, pilots, tugs, support vessels and other project craft as required.</li><li>Lead emergency preparedness and response onboard, including fire, flooding, collision, grounding, man-overboard, loss of propulsion/steering and abandon-ship situations.</li><li>Ensure effective implementation of the vessel's Safety Management System, Permit-to-Work procedures, toolbox meetings, risk assessments and Stop Work Authority.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of navigation equipment, lifesaving appliances, firefighting equipment, communication systems and other critical marine safety equipment.</li><li>Ensure accurate maintenance of deck, bridge, navigation, safety and statutory records, logbooks, checklists, permits and operational reports.</li><li>Liaise with Flag State, Class, Port State Control, Marine Warranty Surveyors, project representatives and other authorities during inspections, audits and certification activities.</li><li>Supervise and mentor deck officers, marine crew and junior personnel, promoting strong safety culture, discipline, teamwork and professional standards onboard.</li><li>Monitor crew competence, certification, familiarization and training requirements and ensure adequate manning and watchkeeping arrangements for all operations.</li><li>Participate in incident, near-miss and non-conformity investigations, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Review weather, tide, current, sea-state and operational forecasts and determine safe operating limits for dredging, navigation and vessel relocation.</li><li>Maintain close coordination with the Chief Engineer regarding propulsion, power generation, steering, thrusters and other systems critical to safe navigation.</li><li>Ensure effective communication between bridge, engine room, dredging control room, deck teams and shore management during all critical operations.</li><li>Contribute to mobilization, commissioning, sea trials and operational readiness of the SPCSD, including verification of navigation, propulsion, communication and safety systems.</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of modern integrated bridge systems, DP/positioning or assisted-positioning systems where fitted, ECDIS, radar/ARPA, AIS, GMDSS and vessel automation systems.</li><li>Ensure operational decisions consistently priorities personnel safety, environmental protection, vessel integrity and compliance while achieving project production and schedule requirements.</li></ul> Qualifications: Certified Master(unlimited) license as per STCW convention. Advanced & Basic STCW trainings. Medical certificate as per MLC. Minimum 10 years' experience on Cutter Suction Dredgers. </div>
