Engineering, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.</span></li><li><span>Master’s Degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Health, or a related field preferred.</span></li><li><span>Professional certifications in HL7, FHIR, cloud architecture, enterprise architecture, integration platforms, cybersecurity, or project management are preferred.</span></li><li><span>Advanced knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR, DICOM, IHE profiles, REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, SQL, integration engines, messaging technologies, and healthcare interoperability.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of Electronic Medical Records, clinical workflows, patient identity management, laboratory, pharmacy, imaging, billing, scheduling, and ancillary systems.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of integration architecture, API management, cloud platforms, databases, networking, encryption, authentication, high availability, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity principles.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical, software development, troubleshooting, architecture, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to lead complex integration programs, influence technical decisions, and manage competing priorities in a high-availability healthcare environment.</span></li></ul><p><span><b>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:</b></span></p><br><ul><li><span>Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in healthcare integration, clinical systems, software integration, health informatics, or enterprise application architecture.</span></li><li><span>Minimum of three (3) years in a senior integration architect, technical lead, interface architect, or equivalent healthcare technology role.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise healthcare interfaces using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, APIs, and interface-engine technologies.</span></li><li><span>Experience integrating Electronic Medical Records with laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, cardiology, medical devices, finance, patient portals, and external health information exchange platforms.</span></li><li><span>Proven experience in integration architecture, technical design, system implementation, data migration, testing, production support, and incident resolution.</span></li><li><span>Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner or another major enterprise Electronic Medical Record platform is highly preferred.</span></li><li><span>Experience supporting DHA, NABIDH, JCI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare information governance requirements is preferred.</span></li><li><span>Experience within a tertiary, multi-site, or JCI-accredited healthcare organization is highly desirable.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to lead vendors, technical teams, analysts, and multidisciplinary stakeholders through complex integration initiatives.</span></li></ul> </div>
