By working together every day, we’re bringing energy to life.</p><br><p><strong><u>JOB PURPOSE:&nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><br><p>Monitor and supervise the execution of&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to the MOL network and associated facilities, in addition to ADNOC Onshore and&nbsp;third party&nbsp;activities at the MOL assigned areas.&nbsp;</p><br><p><strong><u>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:&nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><br><ul><li>Supervise the activities of assigned personnel and administrator financial authorities&nbsp;established&nbsp;by management to support in&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;safe activities considering ADNOC Onshore guidelines.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Administer and&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;the provision of adequate supply of non-stock materials, spares, consumable items in local stores and raises necessary documentation for issuing stock items and / or procurement of direct purchase items,&nbsp;in order to&nbsp;ensure Business Continuity during emergency and daily activities.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise the procedure of Hot Tapping and Cold Cutting&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;all personnel are briefed on safe working procedures to be adhered when welding on 'live' pipelines and cutting into&nbsp;de­pressurized&nbsp;pipelines as&nbsp;required&nbsp;to sustain safe work environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;the provision of efficient and economical welding workshop services in coordination with maintenance and project activities.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Monitors all work carried within the workshop to ensure that safety rules and regulations are being adhered, stopover any unsafe activities that may lead to any Injuries or Fatalities.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Operate the MOL network&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;operating philosophy, pipeline design parameters, pumping station over pressure protection&nbsp;systems&nbsp;and throughput from fields.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Monitors ADNOC &amp;&nbsp;third party&nbsp;activities at MOL corridor ensuring compliance with ADNOC Onshore procedures and standards in coordination with Engineering / Project team.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor routine pipeline patrolling activity to ensure no intervention to the pipelines and facilities,&nbsp;Carries&nbsp;out routine and non-routine pigging operations&nbsp;in order to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the integrity of the pipeline.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and supervise a multi- discipline&nbsp;team to execute pipeline operations and maintenance to load work data into maintenance data systems such as Maximo, GIS data base etc.&nbsp;In order to&nbsp;schedule and plan future activities.</li><li>Monitor and&nbsp;liaise&nbsp;all pipeline&nbsp;operation&nbsp;and maintenance related service contracts (e.g.&nbsp;pipeline maintenance, right of way maintenance, construction of&nbsp;gatch&nbsp;bunds, support services, etc.).&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;SKILLS:&nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><br><p><strong>Minimum Qualification</strong>&nbsp;</p><br><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Civil&nbsp;Engineering&nbsp;or equivalent engineering degree.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Experience&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Knowledge&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Skills</strong>&nbsp;</p><br><ul><li>6 years of experience in the field of pipeline and static equipment construction, operations and/or maintenance,&nbsp;protection&nbsp;and condition controls / assessment in preferably in the oil and gas</li></ul><br> </div>

We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.<br>Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone?</p><br><p>JOB TITLE: <span><span><strong>QA Engineer</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span>Key Responsibilities</span></p><br><ul><li><span><span>The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the effective implementation of Integrated Management system; he shall assist corporate Senior QA Engineer in the preparation, revision, distribution, and implementation of IMS Manual &amp; Procedures.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manage the day-to-day activities of the Quality management system as required by procedures and ensure communication and awareness of customer requirements as well as the legal and regulatory requirements throughout the organization.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Drafts, maintains and distributes Integrated Management Systems documentation and administers the continual review of the system.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Establish and monitor the IMS document and data control system.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Establish the internal IMS audit plan and carry out internal audits.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Establish the Project IMS audit plan and carry out internal audits as applicable.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Establish the plan and carry out external audits as applicable.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Assist with audit questionnaire preparation using the prepared templates.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Initiate follow-up audit activities in order to verify and record the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive action taken.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Report the results of internal audits, corrective and preventive actions and carry out analysis of effectiveness of the IMS and present to the management.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Maintaining &amp; updating of codes &amp; standards library including control of issue &amp; return.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Handle Pre-qualification/external audits by customer.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Assist corporate Senior QA Engineer/QA Manager to carry out IMS Management review of the Management system.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate with certifying authority for renewals and re-certification of management systems in coordination with certifying bodies (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 &amp; ISO 45001).</span></span></li></ul><p><span>Qualifications:</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Bachelors degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, or a comparable engineering discipline.</span></li><li><span><span>Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is preferred, ISO 9001 : 2015 is mandatory.&nbsp;</span></span></li></ul><p><span>Experience:</span></p><br><ul><li><span>At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Integrated Management Systems (IMS), or Corporate Quality in the EPC oil &amp; gas industry.</span></li><li><span>At least 5 years of experience planning, leading, and reporting on internal and external management system audits.</span></li><li><span>Prior experience with a major EPC contractor in a corporate or regional Quality Assurance role.</span></li><li><span>Strong working knowledge of, and practical application of, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 management system standards.</span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, risk based thinking, process improvement, and organizational governance.</span></li><li><span>Experience developing corporate procedures, standards, KPIs, quality dashboards, and performance reporting.</span></li></ul><p><span>#LI-HS1</span></p><br> Additional Information <br> <br> <br> </div>
