The role requires strong experience in cost estimation, subcontractor management, variations, valuations, and contractual procedures within the UAE construction market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements, identifying discrepancies, preparing technical clarifications, and supporting the preparation of competitive commercial bids.
