<p><strong>Role Purpose: </strong>To manage daily treasury operations, banking relationships, guarantees, and cashflow monitoring to ensure strong financial control and liquidity management. The role supports the Director of Finance in strengthening the company’s banking structure, improving liquidity discipline, and supporting credit facilities and project financing activities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Treasury Operations & Banking Instruments</p><ul><li><p>Handle issuance, amendments, and cancellation of Performance Guarantees (PG), Advance Payment Guarantees (APG), Retention Guarantees, Tender Bonds, and related securities.</p></li><li><p>Manage Letters of Credit (LC) including documentation, coordination with suppliers, expiry tracking, shipments, and settlement requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) / PPC discounting arrangements, monitoring repayments, and scheduling.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with banks on daily transactional requirements including payments, fund transfers, swift copies, and facility utilization.</p></li></ul><p>2.
