<br/><p>1. Follows the Golden Sands Laundry corrective and preventive maintenance work processes.</p><p>2. Realizes the corrective or preventive maintenance tasks assigned by direct manager.</p><p>3. Reports to your direct manager after completing each and every work intervention</p><p>4. Strictly follow all the Health and Safety procedures while on duty.</p><p>5. Makes sure to handover the machine back to operations after executing any maintenance/repair job in original state (ex. all covers mounted back on their position) and clear the surrounding from all parts, tools, grease, oil or any other materials.</p><p>6. Contacts the Senior Technician for any doubt on the realization of a maintenance task.</p><p>7. Coordinates with the Senior Technician for ordering or withdrawing any spare parts.</p><p>8. Reports to the Senior Technician in case of any damage or wear and tear parts found while executing any job task.</p><p>9. Informs the Senior Technician for any sign of machinery misusage.</p><p>10. Responsible to maintain all the tool items in clean and good condition at all time.</p><p>11. Responsible to maintain full inventory of the tool box given by Golden Sands Laundry.</p><p>12. Adheres to the maintenance grooming standard inclusive of all protective equipment.</p><p>13. Complies with and adhere to the company’s grooming standard</p><p>14. Complies with all Golden Sands Laundry health, safety & hygiene policies and procedures.</p><p>15. <p>Maintenance Technician are primarily responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and grounds. Their duties include responding to maintenance requests, conducting routine inspections, performing repairs, and ensuring that all systems and equipment operate efficiently and safely. They are also involved in preventative maintenance, break down/emergency maintenance record keeping, and collaborating with other technicians or contractors as required by the Company to function in an efficient, safe and cost effective way. <br><br></p><ul><li><p>Ensure that Maintenance work takes place in a Safe and efficient manner as</p></li></ul><p>prescribed by relevant work permits and SOP's, identifying opportunities for Safety</p><p>improvements, immediately reporting workplace hazards and events should they</p><p>arise.</p><ul><li><p>Close adherence to SHE protocols and requirements for all task even more so for</p></li></ul><p>high-risk tasks.</p><ul><li><p>To be on standby when required</p></li><li><p>Diligent attention to the maintenance of a clean workspace, through effective</p></li></ul><p>housekeeping, is a key focus.</p><ul><li><p>Attend the routine maintenance of plant apparatus, infrastructure and equipment</p></li></ul><p>according to prescribed work schedules to ensure its optimal working performance.</p><ul><li><p>Assist with the technical supervision of Contractors on site, facilitating site safety</p></li></ul><p>by ensuring their correct use of PPE and the application of work methods defined</p><p>in issued work permits</p><ul><li><p>Ensure that activities are appropriately administered through the accurate</p></li></ul><p>recording of all relevant data according to the requirements of associated process</p><p>documents (SOP's, Checklists, Work Permits etc.) to facilitate engineering</p><p>inventory management and departmental administration.</p><ul><li><p>Identify opportunities that deliver improvements to workspace layout (5S) and</p></li></ul><p>process methods for the purpose of achieving industry best practise for Safety,</p><p>Quality and Operability.</p><ul><li><p>Perform any other reasonable task required to meet business objectives</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p> Accredited Qualification (Course or Certificate) in the field o f Engineering, Science, or HS&E </p></li></ul>
