Responsible for acquiring and managing bulk LPG customers billed by meter-cube consumption, mainly residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, and industrial facilities.<br>Key responsibilities:Identify new m³ LPG sales opportunities. Approach building owners, developers, consultants, contractors, and facility-management companies. Secure new LPG supply contracts for residential and commercial buildings. Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial agreements. Conduct site visits and coordinate technical assessments. Follow up on leads, tenders, and ongoing projects. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Coordinate LPG activation, meter readings, billing, and collections with internal teams. Achieve monthly sales-volume, revenue, and margin targets. Monitor competitors, market pricing, and upcoming projects. Submit weekly sales pipeline and performance reports.<br>Requirements:Experience in LPG, gas systems, utilities, facilities management, or building-services sales. Strong network within UAE real estate and construction sectors. Knowledge of m³ LPG billing and central gas systems is preferred. Good negotiation, communication, and reporting skills. UAE driving licence is preferred.
Responsibilities:Coordinate system-related projects by tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies while ensuring timely completion of project activities. Gather, document, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops. Act as the primary point of contact between business users, technical teams, and external vendors for system enhancements, bug fixes, deployments, and issue resolution. Provide first-level business support for system users, including user onboarding, access management, permission updates, and issue tracking. Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, defect tracking, and validation of system enhancements prior to production deployment. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including BRDs, FRS documents, process flows, user manuals, change requests, release notes, and project trackers. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to support digital transformation objectives. Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, action logs, and stakeholder communications as required.
Key Responsibilities:Carry out civil and structural inspections in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and authority requirements. Inspect excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plaster, screed, waterproofing support works, and related civil activities. Review WIRs and verify that works are ready for inspection before acceptance or comment by the Supervision Consultant. Carry out initial reviews of civil/structural shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and related technical documents under the direction of the Resident Engineer and provide comments/recommendations for the Resident Engineer’s review. Check materials delivered to site against approved MIRs, specifications, approved samples, and report discrepancies. Monitor workmanship, line, level, tolerance, protection of work, curing, testing, and general compliance with approved procedures. Coordinate with the Contractor’s site team and testing laboratory for sampling, testing, and required inspection records. Identify non-conforming works, quality concerns, and unsafe practices, and report them promptly to the Resident Engineer. Maintain daily site records, inspection notes, photographs, status updates, and follow up close-out of Supervision Consultant’s comments, NCRs, snags, and civil inspection observations.
