Job Summary<br><br>The role holder is responsible for actively participating in all aspects of transaction origination and execution of M&A Advisory (buy-side and sell-side transactions), and Equity Capital Markets transactions (e.g. IPOs, rights issues, block trades, follow-on offerings, etc.) in order to achieve P&L targets for Global M&A Advisory and ECM in line with GCF’s strategy and budget objectives.
