<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Manage inventory of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water), optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.</li><li>Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete batches according to project specifications.</li><li>Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all incoming materials and outgoing concrete products, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of plant operators, batchers, and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Develop and manage the plant's operational budget, controlling costs related to labor, materials, energy, and maintenance while maximizing profitability.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Proven expertise in ready-mix concrete production, quality control principles, and batching systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of aggregate properties, cementitious materials, admixtures, and their impact on concrete performance.</li><li>Certification as an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician or equivalent is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in using batching software and general computer skills, including MS Office Suite for reporting and analysis.</li></ul><p></p></section>
