Senior Project Manager – Hospitality / Hotels Location: Dubai, UAESector: Hospitality / Hotels Company Type: Project Management Consultancy (PMC) The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading Project Management Consultancy in Dubai, taking a key role in the delivery of high-profile hospitality and hotel developments across the UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering luxury hotels, resorts and hospitality-led developments, ideally from a PMC, project management consultancy or client-side environment. You will be responsible for managing projects through the full development lifecycle, coordinating consultants, contractors, operators and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards of quality, programme and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of major hospitality and hotel projects from design and pre-construction through construction, fit-out, handover and close-out. Act as a key point of contact for the client, providing clear project leadership, reporting and strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and coordinate architects, designers, engineers, cost consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors. Work closely with hotel operators, developers and brand representatives to ensure operator and brand requirements are incorporated into the project. Approximately 10+ years' experience within construction and project management. Strong experience delivering hotels, luxury hospitality, resorts or similar high-end developments. Previous experience working for a PMC, project management consultancy or client-side organisation is strongly preferred. Proven experience managing projects through both pre-contract and post-contract stages. Strong understanding of hotel design, construction, fit-out and operational requirements.
