Key Responsibilities<br><br> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br>Operate forklifts safely in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage locations. Transport raw materials, finished goods, and pallets to designated areas. Stack and arrange materials properly to maximize storage space and prevent damage. Verify material quantities and product labels before moving goods. Assist with receiving and dispatch activities. Perform daily pre-operation inspections of the forklift (brakes, tires, forks, lights, horn, battery/fuel, hydraulics, etc.). Report equipment defects, accidents, or safety hazards immediately. Follow warehouse traffic rules, speed limits, and designated routes. Ensure materials are handled carefully to avoid product damage. Support inventory counts and stock movement as required. Maintain cleanliness of the forklift and work area. Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable. Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and other departments for efficient material movement.
