<h4>What you will do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure critical systems, specifically Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and Food & Beverage Point of Sales computer systems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.</li>
<li>Provide administration services, to include contribution to technology capital and operating budgets.</li>
<li>Provide systems administration, including maintaining user and group accounts, user configuration, troubleshooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, operating system upgrades and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Ensure effective support for other systems, including back office, sales and catering and human resources applications and any other at the property.</li>
<li>Provide system support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service, virus protection management.</li>
<li>Maintain and promote Four Seasons core technology standards as outlined in the Four Seasons IT Core Standards.</li>
<li>Assist in the coordination of new acquisitions and major projects as required.</li>
<li>Participate in property-level, corporate-initiated technology implementations.</li>

<h4>What you will bring</h4>

<p>A leading tube & pipe manufacturing organisation is looking for an experienced <strong>Incharge – Quality</strong> to lead its quality operations at a large-scale manufacturing facility.</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong> You will manage and maintain the Quality Management System across the full manufacturing cycle — from incoming raw material through production to final despatch — for a facility covering tube mills, galvanizing, and finishing lines. You will lead a multi-functional quality team of (QC inspectors, NDT Supervisor, Lab Operations Engineer, and junior staff), driving inspection excellence, NDT and laboratory operations, non-conformance management, and customer quality resolution.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain and implement the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and applicable product certification standards (including API, EN, and ASTM product/material certification schemes)</p></li><li><p>Manage certification audit cycles — documentation preparation, coordination with accreditation bodies, hosting auditors, and closure of audit findings</p></li><li><p>Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspection, including dimensional checks, hydrostatic testing, visual inspection, and NDT (UT, MT, PT, RT)</p></li><li><p>Manage laboratory operations — mechanical, chemical, and metallurgical testing, along with equipment calibration and metrology compliance</p></li><li><p>Lead non-conformance and CAPA management using structured root-cause tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa)</p></li><li><p>Handle customer quality complaints, audits, and structured corrective action responses</p></li><li><p>Prepare quality performance reporting (rejection rates, first-pass yield, complaint ppm, CAPA and calibration status)</p></li><li><p>Lead, coach, and develop a team spanning inspection, NDT, and laboratory functions</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field</p></li><li><p>7–10 years of quality management experience in steel, tube/pipe, galvanizing, or heavy manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/in-charge capacity</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on exposure to ISO 9001 QMS implementation and management of certification/audit cycles (API, EN, ASTM, or equivalent product certification schemes)</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of NDT methods and laboratory testing for tube and pipe products</p></li><li><p>ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification, CSWIP or equivalent NDT qualification (Level 2+), and Six Sigma Green Belt are an advantage</p></li><li><p>Strong documentation discipline, root-cause analysis skills, and confident decision-making under production pressure</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills to engage shop floor teams, management, customers, and auditors</p></li></ol>
