Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law, JAFZA requirements and company policies. Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, HR reporting and employee data management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a multicultural and multilingual workforce, from production employees to senior management. Ability to analyze HR data and employee feedback and recommend practical improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, , or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, with a strong focus on Chinese-backed enterprise clients and highly influential key accounts within the GCC region. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding our client base among contractors, developers, and distributors across the UAE and the wider Middle East.
