Proactively identify and engage potential commercial clients, assess their financial needs, and provide tailored financing solutions. Manage the end-to-end commercial lending process, including client consultations, documentation, and deal structuring. Collaborate with banks, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless loan approvals and timely funding. Build and maintain a robust network of referrals by establishing strong relationships with real estate firms, brokers, and financial professionals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transaction progress, and pipeline status using appropriate CRM and tracking tools. Oversee and manage inbound referrals from brokers and the direct sales team, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.<br><br>The Perfect Match: What You Bring<br><br>Proven experience in relationship management, within commercial real estate financing Strong understanding of commercial mortgage products, lending processes, and underwriting standards.
