Job Overview<br><br> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br>This proactive sales position is responsible for driving attraction ticket sales from hotels. With the primary focus of this role being to sell as many destination attractions as possible to hotel guests in UAE, your role will be to use all our existing distribution to influence the sale of our tickets through hotel desks and concierge desks. You will be responsible for building close relationships with our DMC partners who operate the hotel desks, the hotel desk staff and the concierge staff. Your role will be to maintain a very regular contact frequency with the front-line salespeople, to provide regular activities with the teams to keep them connected to our incredible destination and to provide frequent training and destination updates so that our parks are always front of mind<br><br>Job responsibility<br><br> Manage end-to-end hotel sales channel for UAE hotels with key focus on Abu Dhabi hotel sales. Develop and implement the marketing collaterals strategy in hotels in UAE (Digital and Print) Develop initiatives along with Transportation Team to improve the ridership in UAE Develop and maintain market leading relationships with key personnel in the hotel sales distribution chain including relevant DMC partners, hotel desk staff, concierge staff and hotel management teams Identify new distribution opportunities and ensure that Miral Destinations and assets are front & center of attraction point of sale in hotel environments. Understand hotel guest mix and source market mix to ensure attention is focused on hotels with best yield or volume opportunities Monitor monthly sales from Concierge and Sales Team and keep management informed of all trends and developments Liaise with hotel Marketing teams and B2B Marketing Teams (MD) to ensure we provide required marketing collateral in Guest-facing areas in respective hotels. Coaching and conducting appraisals for direct reports. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners, industry organizations to enable future bookings. Activities include individual sales calls, prospective client entertainment, FAM trips, etc. Understands the overall market competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them. Contribute to the success of projects & overall sales strategy of the Hotel Product and Sales Team Work closely with hotel commercial and marketing teams and maintain strong relationships with hotel front line sales team. Support Head of Sales with any initiative/action plan, assign tasks. Maintains sales team results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Work closely with international teams and maintain strong relationships with DMCs who own travels desk at the hotels. Job Summary:To lead, optimize, and scale the domestic and cross-border road freight operations for our unified logistics network. The role executes a three-pronged mandate: to direct and grow the freight business, to manage day-to-day operations across the UAE and broader GCC, and to support in developing reliable, cost-effective transportation products and services. It carries full responsibility for maximizing fleet utilization across the company’s fleet, managing Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) line-hauls, ensuring strict temperature compliance for cold-chain goods, and reducing the total cost of regional transit.
