Build referral relationships with lawyers, trustees, custodian banks subject to internal controls. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, source of lead information, contact reports, approvals, and marketing records; promptly reporting complaints, sanctions concerns and financial crime red flags to other team members to action. Provide the London Team with market intelligence, competitor observations, client themes, and commercial opportunities, whilst respecting confidentiality and data protection requirements. Support approved events, presentations and strategic initiatives, collaborating across functions and time zones to meet agreed objectives for qualified introductions and conversion quality. Perform other lawful and reasonable duties consistent with the representative office license and this role. Ensure service excellence and protect the company by implementing an effective control environment. Develop dialogue channels which foster a level of trust and commitment resulting in positive client relationships. Preferred Skills for this Position: Must be fluent in English and possess good communication and interpersonal skills that will be used with the firm’s prospect clients, third-party suppliers and team members.
