In collaboration with the General Manager, support the delivery of results for the full P&L and financial position of the company. Lead on all Drilling Fluid tenders and contracts and check and approve terms and conditions of all contracts to maintain due diligence and consistent approach for PPC business development. Develop and implement Drilling Fluids sales and service strategies for UAE. Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards. To be fully accountable for effective people management including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, developing, coaching, counseling, and performance management of all senior and middle managers and staff; developing performance targets and incentives, communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing a climate for offering information and opinions. Direct functions and performance via Department Managers; Contribute to plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. Hold the Department Managers accountable for the successes and failures of their department. Maintain and develop the organizational culture, values and supreme reputation in the business arena with all Clients, Customers, Suppliers, Partners and Regulatory Bodies. Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. Declare and approve the QHSE policy of the company and ensure that it is effectively and successfully implemented. To work in conjunction with the Director Oil and Gas and General Managers of the Oil and Gas group to develop and grow the O&G sector. Maintain the quality, environmental and OH&S management system. Communicate the importance of fulfilling customer, legal and regulatory compliance requirements through periodic communication meetings as well as by conducting management reviews to ensure the availability of resources, that risk assessments are understood, and the integrated management system achieves its intended results. Provide accountability and governance to all activities related to the lifecycle of our processes and products. Ensure that the corporate policies are understood, implemented and maintained throughout at all levels. Responsible for the quality of Petrochem Performance Chemicals LLC products and services since you control the resources, systems and processes by which conforming work is accomplished. The role ensures the right level of governance and compliance are in place and drives continuous improvement in risk management processes.<br><br>- Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.<br>- Identify, assess, and manage information security risks with business.<br>- Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.<br>- Perform risk trend analysis and reporting<br>- Develop and maintain a comprehensive process for managing policy exceptions, including documentation, expiration date and approval workflows.<br>- Ensure all policy exceptions are properly documented, reviewed, and approved in accordance with organizational standards.<br>- Drive risk assessments for proposed policy exceptions to evaluate their potential impact on compliance and security.<br>- Work with stakeholders to communicate policy exception process, develop compensating controls for policy exceptions, and ensure timely closure.<br>- Regularly review and monitor granted exceptions to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.<br>- Conduct periodic review of approved exceptions and identify gaps for improvements.<br>- Develop and maintain a comprehensive service catalog that accurately reflects the services offered by ISG. Regularly review and update the service catalog to ensure it aligns with business needs and technological advancements<br>- Monitor the performance of ISG services to ensure they meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).<br><br>- Minimum 6–8 years of total professional experience, including 4–6 years of dedicated Information Security GRC experience.<br>- Familiarity with information security technologies, risk, threat and vulnerability assessments, and security measures.<br>- Experience with governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PDPL).<br>- Hold professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC<br>- Skills and Application<br>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.<br>- Proficiency in security tools and technologies.<br>- Strategic Insight<br>- Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.<br>- Continuously improve the information security posture of the organization.<br>- Ensure that information security risks are effectively managed and mitigated.
