Job Title: Solar EPC Sales Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid – Al Quoz) Employment Type: Full-Time Company: Green Fi Energy Pay: AED 5,000–8,000/month + Commission<br>About Green Fi Energy Green Fi Energy is a DEWA-approved Solar EPC company delivering rooftop, ground-mount, and hybrid solar PV systems across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates — covering on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid (solar + battery storage) installations for commercial, industrial, and residential clients.<br>Position Overview We're hiring a Solar EPC Sales Engineer whose sole mandate is to bring in solar EPC projects. You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to site assessment to proposal to signed contract — across on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems. This is a hunter role: we need someone who can open doors, qualify serious opportunities, and close.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Pipeline Proactively identify and generate new solar EPC opportunities across commercial, industrial, hospitality, education, healthcare, and residential rooftops and land parcels. Build and manage a live pipeline covering on-grid (grid-tied), off-grid (standalone), and hybrid (solar + BESS) system opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual signed-contract revenue targets. Client Engagement & Technical Sales Conduct site visits, rooftop/land assessments, and client meetings to scope system requirements. Proven ability to generate and close B2B deals independently. Brand‑consistent, system‑driven design (templates, guidelines, or design systems). Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud:Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory). After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for motion and video editing (strong plus). Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling. Proven experience preparing print‑ready files and working with printers (bleeds, color profiles, finishes, large‑format, OOH). Experience designing for digital channels (web, social, email) and understanding of formats, resolutions, and platform best practices. Demonstrated use or strong interest in AI‑assisted design tools (for ideation, variation, or production acceleration).
