The ideal candidate will have an <strong>Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design degree</strong> with a strong passion for luxury interiors, excellent technical design skills, and experience creating sophisticated spaces that meet the highest standards of quality, detail, and craftsmanship.</span></p><p><span>The role will support the design development, visualization, and documentation of private residences, palaces, and luxury hospitality environments, working closely with senior designers, architects, and project stakeholders.</span></p><h2><span>Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Support the development of luxury interior design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Produce high-quality 2D drawings, technical documentation, and detailed design packages using <strong>AutoCAD</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create detailed 3D models, interior visualizations, and realistic renders using <strong>SketchUp and Enscape</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare professional presentation materials, layouts, design boards, and client presentations using <strong>Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in space planning, furniture layouts, FF&amp;E selections, and interior styling for luxury residential and hospitality projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate with senior designers, architects, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Research luxury finishes, materials, furniture, and design trends suitable for private residences and high-end hospitality environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support site visits, measurements, and design implementation when required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all designs reflect luxury standards and client expectations.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience in <strong>luxury interior design, private residential, palace, villa, or high-end hospitality projects</strong> is highly preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong proficiency in:</span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>SketchUp with Enscape</strong> – 3D modelling and realistic visualization.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>AutoCAD</strong> – technical drawings, layouts, and documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Adobe Photoshop</strong> – presentations, image editing, and design development.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Adobe InDesign</strong> – professional presentation layouts, design boards, and client documentation.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span>Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, finishes, and FF&amp;E.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong design sense with an eye for luxury, proportion, aesthetics, and functionality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication skills and a professional approach suitable for working within a private hospitality environment.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>Preferred Profile</span></h2><p><span>A creative and detail-oriented designer who is passionate about luxury interiors and understands the expectations of private clients.
