We are seeking an experienced Design Manager / Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in delivering high-end hospitality projects, ideally with direct experience working on Jumeirah hotel projects or similar luxury 5-star hotel developments.<br>The successful candidate will have extensive experience across hotel interiors, luxury spas, restaurants, F&B venues and guest-facing hospitality spaces, taking projects from concept and design development through to technical coordination and site delivery. This position requires a strong combination of creative interior design ability, technical knowledge, consultant coordination and project management skills.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the interior design development of luxury hospitality projects including hotels, spas and Restaurants. Manage projects from concept design through design development, technical documentation, tender and construction stages. Develop and review interior design concepts to ensure they meet the required luxury hospitality standards. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, lighting designers, kitchen consultants, landscape consultants and specialist contractors. Manage and review design packages produced by internal designers and external consultants. Ensure all design information is coordinated with architectural, structural and MEP requirements. Review material selections, finishes, FF&E, joinery, lighting and bespoke furniture. Prepare and review mood boards, material boards, presentations and design proposals.
