Monitor critical material status, long lead items and supplier data submission schedules to support overall EPC project delivery milestones. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Infrastructure and Technology Engineer to join their Middle East team.
</p><p><b>About the Role</b>
</p><p>The Senior Infrastructure & Technology Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and continuously improving the technology environment across the region. The role will provide hands-on expertise across infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cybersecurity, business applications and end-user computing, as well as ensuring reliable, secure and resilient IT services while delivering 2nd and 3rd line technical support to employees and senior stakeholders.

</p><p>In addition, the role will deliver local and regional technology projects, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and evaluate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Copilot. The Engineer will also coordinate with local and international vendors, communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
</p><p><b>About You</b>
</p><p>The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a senior infrastructure, systems or technology operations role, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, enterprise networking, cloud technologies, Active Directory and Entra ID. The candidate should have a proven track record delivering infrastructure projects, troubleshooting complex issues and providing excellent support to stakeholders, with strong communication and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience with cybersecurity, AV technologies, automation, AI tools, ITIL or Cisco would be advantageous.</p>
