Manage software deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements. Support technologies such as Docker, SQL, Mongo DB, APIs, and Data Ops tools such as Stream Sets. Support application environments involving Enterprise Java, VB, and Git Hub. Perform Windows and Linux server installation, administration, and maintenance. Support IT network administration and related operational activities.<br><br>What do I need to qualify for the role?<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and services. Hands-on experience with databases, end-user applications, and system administration. Experience with Enterprise Java, VB, and Git Hub applications. Strong knowledge of cloud system administration, including configuration, patching, and security. Relevant IT certifications would be an advantage. Ability to work in shifts and manage responsibilities independently under pressure. This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of critical IT services while driving operational excellence across Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery functions.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the overall IT Operations & Service Delivery strategy, aligning technology operations with business objectives. Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, and cybersecurity operations. Drive ITSM/ITIL best practices across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management. Define and improve operational KPIs and SLAs to deliver exceptional end-user support. Lead and mentor Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery teams.
