This position calls for someone with natural warmth, confidence, discretion, and the ability to make every interaction feel personal rather than procedural.<br>Fluency in English and a second language aligned with one of our key international guest markets is essential for this position, with particular relevance to guests travelling from Eastern Europe and Eurasia.<br>Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-arrival outreach to confirm bookings, understand preferences, and personalize the stay experience. Respond promptly and professionally to guest emails and messages with a polished communication style. Personally meet, greet, and escort guests to their rooms, offering genuine warmth and attention to detail. Provide guided tours of the resort and highlight its amenities, services, and unique experiences. Act as the main point of contact for in-house guests, managing all requests and follow-ups efficiently. Build strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests, ensuring every interaction feels individual and thoughtful. Collaborate closely with other departments, especially with Housekeeping, F&B, SPA and Culinary to curate bespoke moments and surprise touches. Participate in guest events, cocktail receptions, and resort activities, engaging naturally with guests. Personally inspect VIP rooms and coordinate room readiness with Housekeeping Ensure LQA and Forbes service standards are upheld in all interactions. Maintain updated guest profiles, preferences, and histories in compliance with data privacy guidelines. Support detailed shift handovers and clear communication across the Front Office team. Handle all guest information and interactions with the utmost discretion and professionalism. <br>Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 to 3 years of guest-facing experience within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort. Professional fluency in English and a Russian-Speaking language is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and polished presence. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise and anticipate individual guest needs. Previous experience supporting VIP, repeat, or high-profile guests is preferred. Knowledge of Opera PMS or a similar hotel system is an advantage. Strong cultural awareness, discretion, emotional intelligence, and professional judgement. Answer all residents & guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner. Handle registration protocols of residents & guest entering and exiting the Gym Cleanliness and maintenance are to be checked regularly, followed up and maintained at the Manage the various leisure and sport amenities offered within the residence Assist the residents & guest with technical knowledge of different machines, as well as guidance to maximize the equipment's effectiveness during workouts This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality within the fitness facility. Actively engage with residents & guest, ensure all fitness equipment is immaculate and fully operational, maintain amenity stations. Conducting orientation tours of the equipment, facilities, and fitness amenities. Anticipate guest needs by offering towels, water and specialized workout amenities. Maintain a proactive, approachable presence on the fitness floor to assist guests with basic equipment setup and general inquiries. Handle guest requests, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Perform and supervise continuous cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the fitness floor, studios, and equipment throughout the shift. Re-rack weights, fold and stack towels, and ensure mats, bands, and accessories are disinfected and stored in designated locations immediately after use. Inspect changing rooms and locker areas periodically to ensure pristine conditions. Conduct daily inspections of all cardio, strength, and functional training equipment prior to shift opening and throughout the day. Immediately log, tag, and report broken or malfunctioning equipment to residence management. Maintain current knowledge of emergency procedures, basic first aid and safety measures. Track daily inventory levels of towels, cleaning products, guest amenities, and beverages; report stock levels for reordering. Conduct efficient hand-over with coming team member. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the residence.<br><br>Key Responsibilities <br><br>Eligible for a working permit in country of hire and locally available Minimum 2 years in a similar position Preferably within a 5-star property or residences Proven track record with good progression.
