Oversee design constructability, construction methods, sequencing and site requirements. Drive construction execution across multiple work fronts, ensuring schedule, cost, quality and HSE targets are met. Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement and subcontractors. Manage interfaces between civil works, earthworks, structures, track, rail systems, utilities and associated infrastructure. Monitor progress, productivity and resources, addressing constraints and protecting key milestones.
