<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><br><ul><li>Ensure that operational activities are executed effectively in compliance with FAB and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely receipt of securities and cash through management, control and analysis of domestic/international market practices including trade administration, settlements and fund transfer processing.</li><li>Identify, analyse and communicate operational risks from daily security and cash functions.</li><li>Participate in departmental projects and policy/procedure development and review.<br> </li></ul><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br> </p><br><ul><li>Ensuring that the proper controls and procedures are in place to mitigate business and operational risk. <p>To execute the section’s operational activities ensuring risk is managed effectively and service is provided according to agreed SLAs with the Internal clientele. To provide service to our customers quickly without disruptions as per the agreed non-BAU and escalation matrices by mitigating risk & losses. Ensure timely submission of reports to MIS team for compiling. Authorize all manually matched items with difference in value dates and inform departments concerned. Submission of Dashboard reporting across iTRACs case books under the specific account groups and intelliMATCH accounts. Verify monthly Reconciliation reports and forward to line manager for review. Execute the archiving of reconciliation records and miscellaneous reports. Track the daily issues and operational risk through tick lists, accounts lists allotted to staff and traffic light reporting. Provide and control unapplied credits account, unpresented and unclaimed accounts. Ensure timely submission of reports. Review of Exception Management handling interface where cases are escalated via system defined rules and BAU (Business As Usual) periods defined and agreed with Internal clientele by applying factual and judgmental skills in decision making process of creating the case by specialized processors within Reconciliation Dept. Providing project management skills in automation process. Coordination with ITD for additions, modifications and deletions of system administrative tasks. <p>The Creative Lead owns how the brand looks, sounds, and feels across every touchpoint from a paid social thumb-stop to a CRM welcome flow to the homepage above-the-fold. This is a hands-on maker role. You will personally design and produce the assets paid ad creative, website pages, CRM emails, and social content as well as set the direction for them. Roughly 60–70% of your time is spent creating; the rest is direction and review. This is also an AI-first creative role. Approximately 90% of our content is produced using AI tools image generation, video generation, motion, copy, voice, and asset versioning. You are not expected to draw every frame; you are expected to direct, prompt, curate, and finish AI output to a brand-quality standard, at a volume and speed traditional production cannot match.</p><p><strong> 1. <span><b>Job Summary</b> <br></span><p><span>• The individual is responsible for the delivery of the Bank’s Transaction Banking (TB) product and services to the clients within the agreed contractual service agreements, and that all digital integrations are as seamless as possible.
