Position Overview<br>The Hub Manager is responsible for managing the operation of the learning hub. As a key member of the leadership team, the role ensures the delivery of high-quality academic and operational outcomes while fostering a positive, engaging environment for students and staff. Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Hub Manager drives student enrollment growth, retention, and achievement, while maintaining alignment with the school’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities Acts as a member of the i Cademy Middle East leadership team, reporting to the Head of School. Contributes meaningfully to the development and implementation of the school’s Strategic Plan. Manages the day-to-day operations of the learning hub. Holds accountability for growth and retention of student enrollment numbers. Assists the Head of School in accreditation tasks, and other duties as assigned by the Head of School. Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Learning Coaches and other academic staff. Manage the Principal's demanding schedule and day-to-day personal requirements with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring appointments, travel movements, personal engagements, reservations, preferences, and special requests are handled seamlessly while maintaining constant readiness for changing priorities.
