If you want to be a part of our unwavering team and can bring your sense of imagination and determination to every challenge, then this is the right place for you.<br>Stantec is currently looking for a Civil Design Engineer to work on projects associated with wet infrastructure, i.e. wastewater, stormwater, potable water and recycled water systems, water and wastewater treatment system, and flood management and water resources management studies.<br>The role involves working on projects associated with wet infrastructure, i.e. wastewater, stormwater, potable water and recycled water systems, water and wastewater treatment system, and flood management and water resources management studies.<br>This will involve undertaking field visits, investigations, data collection, planning, hydraulic modeling, master planning, design development, report writing, preparation of tender documents, technical specifications and BOQs.<br>Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:<br>1. Prepare concept, preliminary and detailed designs for wet infrastructure<br>• Review, organize and analyze collected data<br>• Develop design briefs and Basis of Design technical notes<br>• Carry out hydraulic modeling using recognized modeling software<br>• Perform design calculations<br>• Develop design reports<br>• Develop and oversee design drawings<br>• Develop specifications and bill of quantities<br>• Develop cost estimates<br>2.
