As part of TikTok's regional management and support function, the Regional Headquarters is seeking a Paid User Operation Executive to support TikTok group entities across the MENAT region. The role will support the development of regional creator-management strategy, training, performance analytics, policy implementation and operational governance, with local execution undertaken by the relevant operating entities. Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of paid users' behavior patterns, spending motivations, and experience pain points; support the establishment of user segmentation, user tagging, and differentiated operation strategies.
- Track core paid users' activity, retention, and spending changes; identify potential churn risks and drive recall, incentive, and user care actions.
- Collect and organize user issues related to recharge, payment, KYC, campaign participation, creator interaction, and benefit experience, and work with relevant teams to drive closed-loop resolution.
- Based on user feedback and data changes, consolidate user insights and provide actionable recommendations for operations, campaigns, and product optimization. Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in user operations, content operations, community operations, LIVE operations, gaming operations, platform governance, or related fields.
- Strong curiosity and empathy toward users, with the ability to understand paid users' real needs, emotional motivations, and behavioral changes.
- Basic data awareness, with the ability to identify issues through user behavior, activity, retention, and spending changes, and translate findings into operational actions.
