<p>Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Precast Yard Foreman to supervise the day-to-day operations of our precast concrete manufacturing yard. The candidate will be responsible for planning daily work, supervising labourers, ensuring production targets are achieved, reading AutoCAD drawings, maintaining stock records, monitoring timesheets, and ensuring that all precast manufacturing activities are carried out safely and efficiently. <p>You will be responsible for developing and converting sales opportunities through: </p><p>● Architects and interior design practices</p><p> ● Luxury residential developers </p><p>● High-end contractors and fit-out companies </p><p>● Luxury furniture and design retailers </p><p>● Hospitality and boutique hotel projects </p><p>● Private clients, family offices and UHNW networks </p><p>● Design consultants and specification professionals </p><br><p>You will also help establish selected showroom, gallery and retail partnerships across the UAE and GCC.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong> </p><p>● Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective clients and projects </p><p>● Introduce the Dramatic Doors collection to architects, designers and developers </p><p>● Arrange presentations, meetings and private viewings </p><p>● Develop relationships with premium retailers and potential display partners </p><p>● Identify opportunities for Dramatic Doors to be specified at the design stage of projects </p><p>● Manage enquiries from initial introduction through quotation, negotiation and order </p><p>● Maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM records</p><p> ● Develop opportunities across the UAE and, progressively, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC </p><p>● Represent Dramatic Doors at relevant design, architecture and luxury-industry events </p><p>● Provide structured feedback on client preferences, pricing, objections and market response</p><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have 3–7+ years of sales or business development experience in one or more of the following:</p><p>● Luxury interiors</p><p>● High-end furniture</p><p>● Architectural products</p><p>● Premium doors, kitchens, wardrobes or joinery</p><p>● Decorative surfaces or materials</p><p>● Luxury residential development</p><p>● Interior design or fit-out</p><p>● Art, galleries or collectible design</p><p><br>You should be comfortable selling a premium product where the decision is driven by design, exclusivity and emotional impact, rather than price alone.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Profile</u></strong></p><p>● Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers or luxury clients in the UAE/GCC</p><p>● Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills</p><p>● Commercially disciplined and comfortable pursuing long sales cycles</p><p>● Strong aesthetic awareness and appreciation of architecture, interiors and design</p><p>● Fluent English</p><p>● Arabic highly preferred</p><p>● UAE driving license preferred</p><p>● Willingness to travel within the GCC as the business develops</p>
